Frontdesk very rude ! Is a bar inside a hostel ! Is not a hostel ! If you don’t Smoke you have to Be a passive smoker!!! Because the hotel allow all people smoke inside...

The staff make this place. Really friendly, approachable and helpful. First time travelling as a loan female staying in a hostel and would definitely recommend amd stay again

Booked 2 rooms, and made a remark to stay on the same floor. Turned out that we have to stay in 2 rooms of different building 30 minutes apart on foot. Hotel is irresponsible and don't care about our concerns as some members of our group do not speak English. It's very hard and inconvenience for us to plan our itinerary if we are that far apart. Hotel is not clean and noisy. Broken glasses are all over the kitchen in the morning, as people may have been drunk at night on the bar on the 1st foot. Smoke are all around on the 1st floor. People make noise in the hotel even after midnight.

It was a pleasant experience, the only problem is that in the hotel they did not accept a card, nor did they pay in another currency. Both in the hostel and in the hostel bar. So it was a bit tricky to interact on the spot.

Chillout Hostel Zagreb has an amazing location. It is located right next to the funicular and is within walking distance of all the main attractions. There are tons of wonderful cafes, bars, and bakeries nearby. The hostel is also within walking distance (15 minutes) of the central train station. I booked a private room with en-suite bathroom. This essentially consisted of them giving me an eight person dorm room to myself. A bar is located on the main floor but I did not hear any bar noise from my room on the fourth floor. This place is definitely a hostel not a hotel, but if location is your top priority, Chilout Hostel is worth considering.

Good location. Hotel staff was helpful. Reasonably priced. The garbage in my room had not been emptied from the last guest before I checked in. Most guests are in their 20's. I would stay here again if I return to Zagreb.

We really enjoyed our time here. Ended up extending another night. Perfect central location within walking distance to everything and easy to make a quick stop while you're out and about. Great vibe and the bar seems to always have something going on. Remember that if you hear a noise at 12pm to not freak out. It got me the first couple times.

Nice place and location. AC wasn’t adequate... made it very uncomfortable to sleep in such warm conditions due to poor AC
