Dalmatian Apartments

My wife and I were staying in this apartment for 7 nights. The apartment is big: a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and loft with a queen bed and crib. The place is centrally located and very near the Old town (5-7 min to walk to the promenade). Everything for the kitchen was available. No microwave, but instead there is a stove range. We asked the owner, Kristina, a broom and she supplied it right away. The only minus was no elevator, this was a small discomfort for my wife, but this was more than compensated by proximity to the sea and sand beach. Also, it wouldn't harm to add a couple English TV channels, but for me this is not important since we both use wifi. In summary, an excellent place to stay in Split!

excellent apartment near the old city but proved to be a horrible experience because the owner does not understand what customer service means. not only were basic necessities like toilet paper and towels short, wi-fi did not work for most of our stay. to make things worse she asked for the payment to be made in cash and finally when we went to make the payment in cash we were told she had already swiped my credit card! she promised to cancel the card transaction when she received the cash but it went ahead and we ended up paying for the property twice- a complete nightmare. took us two weeks and several calls to expedia, creditcard customer service and the hotel owner to get our money back. i would not want anyone to suffer as we did

Stay was good. The location is superb. Its a 3rd floor flat so it was a bit of an issue climbing (considering there was a medical condition with my wife). Flat is well maintained, however over a long stay it would help if it was serviced (at least once in 3-4 days).The wifi wasn't great and could do with some improvement. The owner is always accessible and was considerate to make our stay comfortable. The beds are a bit creaky and could have some improvement.

Beautiful apartment, short walk to the beach and park, equipt kitchen and great communication!

Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Plenty of room. Good kitchen. Good prompt service from letting agent.

Loved this area, close to everything. Only problem is that being on the top floor, there were approximately 70 stairs up, with landing in between. No elevator which is fine for younger or healthier people. Very clean and everything in place. Would highly recommend

We stayed 3 nights in split. Really nice ratio quality/price. The reception guy was really nice and helpful. He took 15 minutes to tell us all about Split and what to do. The room is clean, functional and the kitchen allows you to cook real dinner. I recommend this apartment

I was surprised to say that the room was nothing like imagery on the site. Still pleasant, but not what I expected.

Was a little hard to find the keys.The office is close all the time. We called the telephone number in the reservation and somebody came with the keys ,but it took long time

Very close to the bus station and the historic city center.. You do have to pay cash.

Tiny room and bathroom. You had to close the door to enter bathroom. No elevator. No help with luggage to carry 3 floors up.

Overall very enjoyable at reasonable price. Spacious apartment with excellent kitchenette facilities. Only steps away from tourist areas.

What a stunning apartment. We stayed at the 1-bedroom plus a loft bedroom in early May. The full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine were such a luxury. Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was a very short walk (2-3 minutes) to old town.

Great location, although parking is a bit of a pain. But a very short walk from the old town and literally one straight road to head out of Split to the airport or national parks. We paid only £110 for 3 nights. Great value! The owner was very nice and friendly. Not exactly the prettiest building from the outside but inside was nice. And we loved the location.

My wife, daughter and I shared this unit for 4 night. The kitchen was nicely equiped. The washroom was perfect. We used the clothes washer twice. We had great stay.

Our family had a lovely stay in this apartment in Split. Beautiful city, excellent location and great value.

We had an excellent experience at the Dalmation Apartments. We arrived from the early Bol ferry and was hoping to store our luggage until check in. The front was all locked up but we found the alley entrance and called the contact. Even though it was before. 8:00 am, the manager came and took us a short distance to our room in another building. It was very quite residential street. We were taken up to the apartment and allowed to check in. Our host was there and showed us around. Nina was awesome. The apartment was recently renovated and had a well equipped modern kitchen. The bathroom was fairly large and had a good sized shower and a washing machine. The bedroom had good storage and a desk and computer - a nice extra. The entire was bright, colour coordinated and showed the signs that the owners put a lot of though into it. We would definitely recommend it.

There is no parking available as listed in Cheap tickets advertisement. The folks were kind enough to hold their spot for me. It stayed there the whole time. Great location for walking around Split. A bit noisy, but that comes with territory.

There were 4 gals - ample room to spread out ...comfortable sectional seating in living room ...dining table for 4 .. adequate sized fridge plus in the old quaint city within walking distance to everything ... 2 very nicely appointed bedrooms ....we all enjoyed our stay immensely
