Parkering är gratis på boendet. Hotellet är mycket slitet och har nog sett lika dant ut i 40 år. Trevlig personal. Frukosten är enkel med billiga ingredienser. Testade inte poolen. Det tar ca 10 minuter att gå ned till "stranden". Är mycket backigt ned till stranden. Stranden är offentlig och liten med stenstrand. Så detta hotell passar inte alls om man vill ligga på stranden och bara gå upp till poolen. Är även långt långt att gå in till centrala Pula. Jag hade bil så testade inte att åka buss men det går säkert.

The condition of the property is in no way the same as what is shown in the photo's and is extremely misleading. This hotel is completely run down in every aspect and hasn't been upgraded in about 20 years. This is not a place where you should be looking to stay for even a single night and should be avoided at all costs. I left after one night and will be looking for a refund on my full 3 night stay.

Quite far away from Centre. Room clean, bed comfortable. Had Balcony, which was nice. Note: Plug-Ins in Bathroom are so high up that i had to climb on toilett to reach them ! Very unsafe ! Carpet on stairs is loose and catches your shoe... also very unsafe ! Breakfast Buffet was just ... ok. Hotel really needs updated. In summary - stay was ok, but wouldnt go back.

The staff at Hotel Pula are incredible. They answered any questions we had and took care of anything we needed right away. That was the highlight of the hotel. I read reviews that the hotel was in need of a remodel, but hoped that it had been completed, since the reviews were 2-3 years old. There were no upgrades, no remodel, nothing. I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The air conditioning was awful, the drapes did not keep the heat nor the bright sun out of the room, the glass in the windows looked as though it was about to fall out and the mattresses are thin, stained and hard. I generally try to focus on the positives when I visit a hotel, but it was very difficult with this particular hotel. This hotel is very close to a small beach, so that was nice. So close, in fact, that you can walk right down to the beach within 2-3 minutes. There is a small pool in the hotel, but it also seems to be in need of an upgrade. The staff at the dining room, the bars and everywhere else in the hotel really were spectacular and certainly deserve appreciation. However, when I return to Pula, I will find a different location to stay at.

Pros: closed to the beach...2 min walk, and has a pool, and 2 bars. Buffet breakfast is great! Free parking on site, and staff is friendly and goes out of theit way to help you. Cons: gar from downtows. Had to take a cab.AC doesnt really work good. Room was hot, but they did give me a fan which made it tolerably. Hotel and rooms are really really old, and needs updating....really bad. Bed, rooms and carpet, and bathrroms need remodeling. It remi ded me of Motel 6, back in the U.S.

The cleanly state of the hotel room is all that can be praised. For what we thought would be an enjoyable and high end experience, that the price of a one night stay seemed to indicate, we instead received the opposite. The gym came at an extra cost, the area was so noisy it was difficult to sleep and the buffet breakfast led to food poisoning.

Accueil efficace, hôtel propre et calme. Il est excentré de Pula, un véhicule est donc nécessaire si vous souhaitez aller trainer en ville. La restauration de l'établissement est sans prétention mais de bonne qualité. Piste d'amélioration : Une petite zone de stationnement "moto" serait souhaitable, et plus pratique pour tout le monde, pour éviter la gêne des motos au milieu des voitures. NB pour les motards : pas de parking fermé... mais le secteur ne semble pas "à risques".
