Very clean well equipped apartment with lovely pool and sunbeds. Marta very helpful. You will need to use Uber to get around as local taxis very expensive and not viable to walk to any restaurant or bar particularly in the evening

Very modern and clean apartment. Fantastic view (though our friends booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had a much better view with a rooftop patio). Too bad the pool wasn't open (it was April, and too cold). Though a little out of Zadar, close by restaurants were fantastic. Dealing with the owner was also very pleasant.

The property was easy to locate with Google maps. Very stylish and clean apartment with lots of space for 3 people and amazing view on the Adriatic sea. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very friendly during the check-in process.

The location is good 15 mn from Zadar Center and with a lovely accès to swim into the sea. The sunset there is amazing! The owner is very kind and the appartement very comfy. All good, we recommend this place.

Lovely spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet area. It’s certainly off the beaten track, lovely and quiet but still easy to get to Zadar etc. A great base for touring around. Good friendly service and excellent communications. There were little niggles that could be easily solved, such as the freezer needs defrosting - it’s making a loud noise and I suspect it also needs levelling as when you walk across the floor the noise stops. There was a dishwasher which was great but no washing up gear - sponge, scourers or dish cloths, just one hand towel, which made cleaning up tricky. Wine glasses that match would be nice, as would Instruction manuals for the oven and hob. A welcome pack with Tea and Coffee sachets would leave a nice welcoming feeling. (We often get that in rentals in the uk but maybe that just not done in Croatia) The notice with house rules was a good idea, although there were no Instructions for leaving, so we were unsure what was required and where to leave the key. As I said, it’s a lovely apartment, great location just minutes from the sea front which has safe swimming areas all along the front. If you walk to the end of the path (go right as you look at the sea) there’s a bar/restaurant with a lovely view (not cheap drinks though)

The apartment was very spacious and the facilities were good. But there was a real problem with the management - there was none. Nobody in reception, and the manager was living a half hour away. When a break in occured in a nearby apartment the manager offered no support in dealing with police leaving guests to deal with the police alone. Problems with electricity and cleaning services presented more difficulties in trying to contact anyone. Room serviceing/cleaning was poor. Towels not replaced and the pool cleaning was done at peak usage time or not at all.

Very friendly young owner. Beautiful clean & spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Even dishwasher tablets, sponge and dishwashing liquid are provided. Air conditioning works v well & quietly. Wifi works very well. Nice balcony to enjoy breakfast looking to the sea. Pool was clean, warm. Private parking on site. Short drive to nearby restaurants, 15 min drive into Zadar.

Close to beach. Relatively small but very nice and well maintained pool area. Nice remote location but with attractions a short drive away and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Clean apartment with great views of sea from large balcony. Only issue if difficult to get ahold of owner during the week

I think the main pic does the apartments a dis justice. Its nicer looking then it shows. They are comfortable and spacious. Although buses do run and we did use them a few times into Zadar,a car is ideal to get to the national parks/nin etc. There is free parking near Kolodare beach if wanting to go to Zadar by car. Very helpful and friendly staff

Very enjoyable stay, lovely quiet location. Lacks a reception for check in. Family run. Cash only for payment - euros preferred but Kunas accepted. Dishwasher included!

SunAdria is one of the nicest places to stay in if you want to get away from the city and have a quiet vacation. Only 10 min by car from Zadar Centar. Many restaurants very close and well as super markets and a small market within walking distance. 100 meter easy walk to a local "beach" and fishing. The pool is a gorgeous and is a nice break from the sea for small kids or when it is too rough. Bus stop, church and market all within 600m. Traditional charcoal grill, well appointed kitchens and every amenity on site. The owners are very friendly and are always looking how to make you stay better. We decided to drive from Northern Croatia to see Zadar and booked last minute for two days and found an absolute JEM of a place I will certainly come back to when I am in the area.

We booked two rooms while on family vacation through Expedia. Reservation was accepted, but when we arrived with our family the hotel was a ghost town. Will not consider this hotel or Expedia again.

lovely apartment VERY clean and well equipped all done to a very high modern standard nice friendly people who leave you alone to get on with it if you wish or are available to help if you need it. Very close to the sea as in less than 3 mins shop and restaurants close by and a nice safe pool area, whats not to like? Area is quiet so if youre looking for hectic night life this aint your thing its for chilling and relaxing but Zadar is a short drive away once you get used to it with more on offer would definately stay again it is what it says on the website and the photos are accurate

Very nice apartment with a nice view to the sea. Classy and tidy. Nice small pool area and very quiet surroundings. Only thing we would have needed would be some cleaning equipment.
