Aktea Beach Village

room was well maintained. weather was great location perfect. pool was cold to the point of being unusable. indoor pool and hot tub closed when we tried to use them. buffet was repetitive. we were overcharged for our bill and had a hard time convincing the front desk attendant. quoted 60 euros for ride to airport and ended up paying 70

The room was spotless snd the staff was courteous. The location was great!

Very old and the lease the resort should provide drinking water which is charged as only bottled water is consumed. Breakfast below average and not many choices. This is a 2-3star resort

Went in quiet winter season for a week (end of feb/ start of march) almost everything shut nearby but hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Didn't realise I'd have to pay extra for sauna (10 euros/ hour) but food etc was fine and place was clean.

Nice resort. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Family oriented with the activities they provide. Also has a kids pool and playground on the premises Also provides night time entertainment for the whole family. The location is great as it’s near Nissi Beach and the Underwater Museum Resort also is right on the sea with great views The breakfast is amazing too. Lots of choice , all yummy Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Ayia Napa area and have kids.

Close to the beach. Better entertainment would be nice.

Overall satisfaction is ok but there are some details which need definitely improvement - plastic one time use only cup for wine in the evening in the bar …. It’s 4 star hotel. One key from room…plastic one time usage cup for water during breakfast-

Great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was nice. Breakfast was enjoyable. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit. We would definitely stay there again.

We were at Aktea Beach Village for the second time. We like the hotel. It is close to Nissi beach, about 5min walk. We had half board and changed dinner to lunch, which worked for us even better. Kids like animations, but it really worked only in the mornings. Afternoon animations were much better last time. Still they could.borrow ping pong rackets or darts and play by themselfs.

Only spent one night there but it was worth the money. Great location, nice room- even if very simple, and good service

Even though the area of the hotel premises and the gardens are beautiful the inside of the rooms is very disappointed.. Firstly the rooms smeeled like mold and the aircondition unit has mold on it.... Secondly the furniture, the bathroom, the toilet and the appliances all feel very old and overused.

I strongly recommend it, outstanding food and service. Extremely clean, very nice and authentic accommodation. Wonderful people, the manager Melpo was very friendly, helpful with attractive hospitality.

On the positives: very good location, clean, very friendly staff, €3.50 all-day cocktails at the pool bar, air conditioning worked well, shower had great water pressure. Its very quiet at night, away from the main toad with all the shops & bars and traffic. Pool bar staff, especially the young guy, were fantastic. The girls who clean the tables at the restaurant are very hard-working and very very nice too. All the Covid regulations are reasonably enforced, there are sanitising stations in a few places and everyone wears masks, which was good to see. On the negatives: there is no way this is a 4* hotel (i’d say it’s an average 3*). Breakfast had no fresh juices and no fresh cooked options (like omelets or pancakes to order), everything was pre-made, diy coffee from the machine, not one day there were fresh pastries or bread. Rooms are ok, but living room beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, i know it’s probably meant for children, but i sifter mattress would be greatly appreciated by all guests i sm sure. Sliding bathroom door is a joke, it isolate absolutely no sound and so noisy to open and close, it is absolutely useless design. The towels were not in good condition at all, I have taken some photos on the last day, the towels are all grey and so old, the threads are hanging off them… toiletries were most basic (only one universal body/hair wash mounted in the wall) we had better in 2• hotel in Paphos!!!

Well, the property outside is good though no beach . The room is big , the furniture is not of good quality but looks fine except the bathroom. The bathroom is very bad to standard of 4 stars , the towels and sheets are of 20 years old and worth only to wipe the floors. The reception was very helpful to refund our stay coz I could not stay there

There was a musty smell in the rooms,We booked a room with two double bed and one sofa bed,but We were given only one bed and one sofa, also we paid for our dinner Buffet(all inclusive),nobody told us is going to be extra for drinks. By the way everything else was good, clean outside, nice looking property.
