The room had cockroaches. There is no soundproofing. The exterior needs renovation. The bed was not very comfortable.

We arrived and the room was ready prompt. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant, we were handed the keys and check in took about 20 seconds. Going up to 'apartment' we were dissapointed to find that there were zero cooking facilities. Just a kitchen sink 3 glasses and a fridge. Going by the advert it appears there are cooking facilities. The bathroom was very mouldy and there were marks in the toilet from the previous person, there was no hand towel or bath mat and the floor was disgusting. The place was crawling with ants. Going out onto the balcony there were white cables dangling around which were connected to something above the patio door. The floor also had puddles lf water constantly, unsure where it was coming from.. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear people talking like they are in your apartment and also the curtains are very thin letting in a lot of light in the morning Towels were all bleach stained and the bed was rock hard. It really waa one of my poorer experiences

Ok, so we were a family of 3 on a budget getaway so booked one of the lowest priced places we could find, mistake. On arrival the first impression was of a drunk 20 something man waving his "man parts" around in the middle of the place, we thought ok its Aiya Napa and summer holidays, drunk youthes, lets move on. Wrong! the receptionist was not present so the cleaner had to check us in to the " Luxury apartment" we had booked. Where the luxury was we had no clue. It consisted of x3 single beds (cheapest ones from Ikea) a sink small fridge and side board as the "kitchinette" and a shower/toilet/sink room. that was it!! There was nothing luxury about it. The only good points were that it was clean and the air con was new and worked. We felt unsafe with our 9 year old there with all the groups of drunk "Lads Lads Lads" and girls around, the pool was tiny and not clean and across the road. Loud music everywhere so dont expect a good night sleep. This is NOT family friendly and has no parking should you drive there. We stayed for 45 minuets and decided to book somewhere else. Its fine for a group of friends looking for cheap digs whilst on the booze in Napa for the week or weekend but that is all!! Will not be recommending or booking again. only gave 1 star as it was clean and well located for the bars and nightclubs but that is all.

I'm torn about how to rate the property, so I'll start with the pros: it's clean; plug adapter is provided; wifi signal was good;location is central (close to bus stops, bars, restaurants, rentals). Now the cons: Beds are quite noisy when you turn; shower is not as pictured (it's very tight space and the shower curtain can't keep the water in when you shower so you have to be careful otherwise all bathroom will be flooded); don't be misguided from some picture as I see TV, but there is no TV (if you read about amenities you'll see it's not listed); the ad says 24 hrs front desk which is not true. The owner is there only some hours during the day, but there is a easy system for checking in and out. The biggest problem is that when you have an issue there is noone there, you have to call him. For us everything was ok, we are modest in our requests, and you get what you pay for, so this property matches the price. However, the policy on guests is not very good. It's says they don't accommodate hen and stag parties which is great, but it turns out they accommodate other smaller problematic parties. The couple next to us was so crazy, they were fighting and arguing during the night, loud music was on and off thru the whole night, jumping on our balcony( we were at the ground floor), harassing us just because they were high and drunk, the guy even came to pull my leg few times and seating next to my chair while I was on my phone minding my own business. He didn't want to leave
