Cleanses and walk around was super comfortable and easy everyone treated you like family!!! Love every single thing about this resort! Bufete was beyond expectation… the best!!! supervisor Juana and her staff (Francis, Juana. Maria, Julisa etc) súper warm and attentive. The bartenders that bring you drinks and anything you need where ever you at, supervisor Angel, Alisha, etc, NOW we need to walk about the entertainment team!!! This guys are the soul of this place keeping you dancing, laughing, playing games and super entertained, supervisor Joselito and his team, Isaac, Sexyboby, Axel, Jose, and the rest are super cool and they know how to do thier job with suck an energy and happiness “I love my job” thier theme and that’s how the release the job! Thank you all!they all very nice and received you with a beautiful Smile and happiness Highly recommended 100/100 YO VOLVERÉ A BAHIA PRINCIPE!!

First impression coming into the rooms was not presentable. Housekeeping needs to do better. Floors not well cleaned, bathroom tub clogged, towels looked dingy smelled like mold in rooms. Air conditioner not throwing really cold air. Was not satisfied with this hotel. Will not be coming back. The pool area the music had to be shut down at times because of customers complaining about the music to loud, some wanted peace cause they wanna read book when this is an adult resort people looking forward to a fun vacation. If that’s the case stay in your room than. Had to make the best of it in my stay. But over all I give It from a 1 or 2. Being a vip member no champagne daily in room as told, fridge was hot and moldy. Won’t be coming back. Not happy at all inside.

El cuarto y la cama tenia olor a abombado (monado-humedo). Empleados hablaban muy duro. Lo mas triste es que todos los restaurantes estan llenos sino le das una propina no te consiguen mada y son selectivos tambien. Van mas lo q tiene. Pase de 1 dia, que el que se queda. Darnos un tours sobre las facilidades, donde comer, piscinas, donde tomar el tren, absolutamente nada. Los empleados en los buffet y pelean mucho. Es muy incomodo. Rest La Isla, los empleados a demas de diacutir entre ellos se iban y todo quedaba en espera. Mucha comida fria.

I booked the aquamarine based off reviews... and I don't like complaining but honestly this is how it went ... upon checking in waited a very long time ... kids running everywhere ... not all inclusive especially for drinks around the area, my opinion it's very segregated & not that cheap, I just want to save future people booking @ the aquamarine the headache & stress

Customer service is a disaster, they staff seems to be unbothered. You have to wait for they to finish chatting so they can assist you. They take. forever to pickup leftover around the pool area. They have a cat infestation.

I’m very pleased with the food offerings at the buffet. I wish the beach was cleaner and that overall service was faster. I also wished that the shampoo/conditioner had a nicer smell and that the room offered lotion. There was also limited bars at this resort, just one by the pool and one at the lobby so it takes a while to get served. Also many of the a la carte dinner restaurants are far from the area but the shuttle ends around dinner time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bahia Aqaumarine. It was a great time as soon as we arrived. The staff was helpful and friendly. The entertainment crew was top tier! There was always something to do whether it be a salsa lesson, foam party, live music, etc. And the food….best I’ve had at an inclusive! My only complaint was that the room could use some MAJOR updating. There was a 27 inch tv and the bed was hard and sheets smelled. Other than that, it was perfect!

They had a few really nice helpful people here and it was great. The scenery is great. The rooms were great. The pool was great. The staff was very picky on who they wanted to help and who they didn't want to help the managers at the customer service. Desk were awful. Somebody staff at the customer service were. This is a part of a larger complex. Some of the other parts are not adult only, but the kids are kept out of the adult only areas. If you go to some of the reservation restaurants, you may run into a few but the ones we came across were well mannered. Resort is typical of many I've seen across the Caribbean, meaning it is nice, but if you are expecting a Hilton Conrad resort, you may be disappointed. There were a few minor maintenance things we saw, nothing that diminished our enjoyment. Landscaping was immaculate and staff was very attentive. Very much enjoyed our 5 day stay and would visit again if we return to the area

I love that everyone is friendly. I love the food, our room, the swimming pool. The ac was not that cold enough in the last 2 days that we stayed but overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this resort.i would love to come back again
