My room was hot and the bathroom was dirty and the room had flies and though I complained it was never addressed

Everything was perfect for our family vacation.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda pero no estaba tan limpia, necesita mantenimiento , las toallas estaban curtidas, en la bañera no habia pasamos para impedidos, no era segura,no proporcionaban loción para el cuerpo,. La piscina, estaba en las orillas negra, le faltaba mantenimiento , el calor era horrible, falta colocar más abanicos o que sean más potentes en el lobby, los empleados no usan guantes en las comodas

We were there a week as a group of 8. They would sit us to a table of 6 and add 2 seats. That's ok. But we would never get two place settings to go with it. We would have to either ask for 2 more or set it up ourselves. We went to 2 bars the whole week and could never get a chocolate monkey for the kids. Said they didn't have any bananas. Dining room did. We found speaking english had a language barrier which was frustrating for us and some of the staff. We spoke english and they spoke spanish. Rooms are dated but nice. If kids were in a bad mood at supper time and you didn't want to go to supper with them, there is no room service. There wasn't a large variety for vegetarians. Potato chips were $12 USD so bring your own snacks. It was a nice resort and felt very safe. Staff were nice.

Staff is outstanding Room needs an update, bathtub is unsafe you need some steps to get in, is old stain and rusted. Linens are not a great shape, old and smell bad. Room service was great. After 11pm there's nothing to do in the premise you would have to go to another area to be able to do something and not everyone is interested in dancing at the club After 10pm you cannot even enjoyed a good coffee. Coffee, options is limited. Either you take your coffee with milk or black....what happened with people whom are lactose intolerant and dislike black coffee??? Too expensive, I was charged 46 US dollars for a mosquito repellent and a sun block...I still can believe I fall for it... mosquitos were bad, another inconvenience.

I am not happy with the stay i paid for a junior suite and the jacuzzi tub dated and dirty. I had to switch my room twice because the first one had roaches and the second spiders. The only good thing was the food.

Bahia P. Grand Turquesa is a dated property but overall very accommodating. It’s perfect if you’re not looking to stay in the room a majority of the time on your trip. You have shuttle services to different parts of the resort that are very easy to catch around the property. The big con is the upselling, when I checked in they offered an upgrade to a different property for more money. Then they try to rope you in an hour long presentation to join their travelers club.

I love this hotel

Had a wonderful time, pool side and all 3 course meals. Music, walk around and relax. The room was very spacious. The phone didnt work. The bathtub got clogged. Both reported up front. Besides that, i enjoyed my stay and recommended to more people.

La isntalacion necesita algo de creatividad en las actividades para todos los huespedes. El horario de la.piscina deberia de ser mas extendido porque la playa que tiene el.hotel no esta en buenas condiciones . La bebida deberia de mejorar su preparacion y que las hagan con amor . El desayuno deberia de ser mas variado.

A big complex with various hotels but the Turquesa I am guessing is the cheapest. There were some great service, but at times we had to wait or reorder something three times. Main language is spanish with some english speakers, but not all speak english, nothing wrong with that just pointing out for people that only speak english. The buffet was sok, but food would go cold pretty fast sadly and it was about the same thing every day with a few variety here and there sometimes. The restaurant options were good and I highly recommend Rodrigo Restaurant as one of the option, great food and many different meats. I would recommend to always go with the gran which is their more deluxe one (beside their luxury one)

Overall, this property is great but the rooms do need attention. The mattresses are not comfortable and we had a crib and an extra stow away bed we never asked for or needed so it created cramped quarters. Food was excellent, pool was great, sea was unusable due to seaweed but that’s by no fault of the resort. I’d recommend booking aquamarine or Ambar for a better room and proximity to the beach should the seaweed clear up.

My second time here with my son and not my last. Very friendly staff good food nice drinks waterpark very good only problem beach had alot of seaweeds other than that i give it 10 very nice rooms excellent see you soon 🇩🇴❤️
