Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro - All Inclusive

La comida debe mejorar, la verdad no estoy satisfecha con la comida. Los demás excelente.

Everything was easy and. convenient. All the staff was helpful and nice.

Good made all my family extremely sick. We stayed at this facility for a total of 6 days. In our first day there all 5 of us got sick and didn’t recover until 2 weeks later!! The hotel itself is very nice but not worth it when you can’t even enjoy your stay because you can’t leave your room. We heard multiple people around the hotel say they were also feeling ill. I would urge anyone not stay here!!

Safe, clean and great location. Lots of choices for restaurants and swimming. Try to learn a little Spanish bc some of the workers don’t speak English.

Really like the property and staff well maintained especially the staff near pool on family and friend side very friendly and nice hospitality.

When I arrived at the resort I was told that they over booked and I had to move to the RIU Palace Macao. When I got there they gave me a room that was not what I paid for. The room was small and the bed looked like someone was just sleep in the bed. This was a horrible experience.

Food was terrible, more quantity but low on quality. Just expect frozen stuff that is reheated for most of the items. My son had allergy to nuts and most of the staff does not speak English. Had a hard time asking and making sure the food items are nut free. They would not clean the showers for the room daily, ours was never cleaned in the entire week stay. With sand and beach visits it was expecting to come back to a clean shower daily. But they only clean the sink area and toilet. Had to keep asking for a refill for toiletries like soap, shampoo daily. If they had cleaned the shower and restocked supplies would have been convenient rather than you getting in the shower only to find one or the other toiletries empty. Restrooms near the pool were not cleaned regularly, they were gross to use especially as the day progressed it would get nasty. The only thing I liked was the riu fun team that do a great job and work very hard to keep you entertained.

Didnt not like the rude staff on top of one of group being given a bottle of 7-up with bleach in it that died his shirt when he apit it out and ended up in the hospital for 2 days and they tried to cover it up

Awesome hotel and wonderful staff just lots of seaweed when we went was the only downfall. Still highly recommended
