This was our second time at Nickelodeon, and I returned because my first experience there was amazing. However, this time it wasn't as exciting as before. I feel the theme is outdated, and I would like to see more kids' shows and children-related activities, especially since it's a kids' resort. Additionally, the food quality has definitely declined since my last visit. The room service menu is the same boring selection every day. I would love to see a new menu introduced. Lastly, the pool closes too early; being on vacation shouldn't come with time restrictions. The pool should be open at night as well.

Rooms need an upgrade. There is not enough space on theater. Restaurants reservations close in about 10 mts after the open, which doesn’t leave enough window to reserve. Shops are extremely expensive.

Resort was great. Lots of fun.

Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because the food and service at the buffet are poor, and they don't have plastic cups for the children, only glass ones. The hotel needs some maintenance, as there are many rooms where the air conditioning doesn't cool at all. They sent a technician to the room three times, but he didn't fix anything. However, they have excellent housekeeping service and the best bartenders at the pool facing the beach, including Luis, who gave us excellent service. The children had a lot of fun, although the evening shows are boring for them. However, there is a kids' club with activities throughout the day, and the staff members, María, Francesca, Katerin, Mailene, Ross, and Santa, take great care of them and play with them all the time.

Do not book this resort. Extremely overpriced, lizards in room, poor service, restaurants closed, 1/2 cooked food, it’s not really all inclusive, trams are late to pick up, smelly rooms, AC was broken, still fighting for my refund and they ran out of our food after waiting for 1 hr at the table on the first night. My family and I flew 14 hours with kids and were extremely disappointed for such a big brand name. Consider another hotel

My experience was terrible this hotel should not be selling by Expedia. I was changed 3 times to different rooms because no AC. Friday 06/06 we wake up with no water in the room. The buffet is closed Monday to Thursday. No activities for the kids. I will never go back there.

This resort needs a major update asap. The prices to stay here are not cheap, yet the offered amenities are not good. The mini bar for the room only offers complementary beer, which is not even the local beer, it’s a horrible one. In addition, it being a kids resort, I would expect characters walking by all the time, a lot of fun and games happening all around. However, this was not the case, there’s character popups happening at certain hours, sometimes in locations where it is super far to get to. The buffet is closed for dinner from Monday through Thursday which is outrageous because the restaurants don’t even offer very good food, and you also have to make a reservation for them, so if you didn’t make a reservation for dinner, you are stuck without eating. The room service afternoon dining options are incredibly limited, they offer the same five plates starting at 12pm and they aren’t that great. The liquor options included in the unlimited package are not good at all. It wasn’t a pleasant time for me or my 15 and 12 year old. My 6 year old did have a good time, but then again she had an awesome time on the airplane ride. The resort needs a major update and a more kid spectacular experience. One last thing I forgot to mention, they do have a lounge that closes at 1am, and adults and kids can be there, this is some sort of game room, BUT the machines are 80s style gaming ones, what little kids use that. I would’ve preferred to try the Nickelodeon in Mexico.

Beautiful property, beautiful room, excellent service, wonderful staff. Everything about the experience was beautiful. Me and my family enjoyed our time and would definitely go back. 5 stars and more!!
