Beautiful and peaceful place to relax, the distance from the lobby to the beach is walkable, and enjoyable. Grounds are kept nicely. Staff was friendly and professional.

there were so many flys in the buffet area and no AC.
the lobby was also very hot.
my swim out had rust on the sides and they did not clean my pool the entire time I was there

Nice rooms but bottom ones had a bad smell in BR ,Food was good But to many Flies because they keep doors open and VIPs had AC DR and no natural juices for mix drinks they use syrup flavors And had to paid for premium drinks like my Fav Gray Goose!!

Some of the female staff were very rude and snappy. The gentlemen were all very helpful and attentive. I believe the gentleman who checked us in was Gabriel and he did a great job explaining all the rules and regulations and Carlos escorted us to our room and he too was very helpful. I was not to pleased with portions of the buffet. The pancakes/waffles were not cooked properly. There were flies everywhere in the buffet. I was online for an omelette and watched a roach crawl into the range of the donut station next to the omelette station. I ordered pizza at the sports bar and it was as well. The cheese and sauce on top was blazing hot but the dough was raw. Service at the bar attached to the pool was great Jeremy made all our drinks to perfection.
