The staff were courteous, attentive and efficient as well as hardworking and ever so kind. The food was glorious and the variety of restaurants was impressive. My husband and I had the most wonderful time.

My stay was excellent! The staff treated me very well and were always willing to make my vacation as comfortable as possible. A special mention to Noris from Expedia, who helped coordinate all the bookings and sent me the daily schedule each morning.
The hotel is beautiful, and the beach—with its turquoise water—is a great highlight. There are plenty of restaurant options and dozens of golf carts available to take you around the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff is so friendly. This is our first stay where we were assigned a personal butler, Rodny. He did such a fabulous job helping us through our whole stay and helping plan our dinners and daytime activities. We enjoyed all the restaurants, there’s always something we liked! The beach grill was our least enjoyed but all the others were really great. The desserts are amazing. The beach is big and the water is so so turquoise blue! Loved our stay.

We had an amazing experience at TRS in Punta Cana! A huge thank you to our incredible butler, Noris, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She handled all of our reservations and helped organize a beautiful birthday celebration for my boyfriend, complete with thoughtful room decorations that made the night extra special.
The food was good overall, but we especially loved Kusko and Bhogali — highly recommend both!
Also, a big shoutout to the wonderful bartenders and cleaning staff who were always so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their great service made our trip even better.
Can’t wait to come back!

The staff especially the butlers and cart drivers were super pleasant, friendly and made our stay wonderful. The entire staff did an awesome job for my daughter's birthday. OMG down to the Chic show, the performers made her feel extremely special. I would give TRS Turquesa staff 10/10

Our butler Noris was absolutely amazing. Jorge at the beach also amazing. Christopher the club driver was amazing! Ramona at the Travel Club was amazing also. Salesmen were a bit aggressive and pushy but Ramona sold it for us.
