Room was so nice. The room was in its own detached house and in a duplex style. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly indeed.

My family and I stayed at the property for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was willing to modify and accommodate my two additional guests last minute. The stag was very informative and helpful through our stay. The pool was clean as well as the property. I would definitely book my stay again.

It’s an excellent place, love it and I’ll coming back next year. Breakfast was good but the buffet we wait for long time and small amount of food. Parking was free. The personal was very friendly the place was quite it. The best thing was that you can saw the beautiful volcano.

This hotel has nice villas and very friendly staff, but the owner(s) need to invest in the facilities. It needs a facelift. For instance, villas' Fassa are getting rotten. Villas need better ventilation to control humidity in the rooms. Bathrooms needs to be upgraded. Sinks and showers' doors are acient, they leak, and smell.

We stayed two nights at Casa Giralda. Things we really enjoyed: close proximity to hot springs/baths (walkable); two-room unit with 7 beds made it very comfortable for big family, complimentary breakfast was excellent; the one jacuzzi, sauna, and hot steam room were great; location is a little above town so you get great views and more quiet/little traffic on road. Things that need to be improved: two of the four jacuzzis were out-of-service, and one of the two pools was closed. Overall, the property is on-par with the higher end hotels in Banos, but has greater amenities and a superior location if you want peace and quiet.

It was all I expected. Very nice facility, it may need a little upgrade, but overall great. The cabin was comfortable, location is perfect, close to everything without being in the middle of town. Staff super helpful and kind. Good breakfast.
