“Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient and made getting around very easy. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.”

Ok but not worth the amount especially as its clearly used as homeless accommodation (can tell by the people in foyer etc..) so you need to bring prices down or up the standards in rooms.

decent room, easy to access

I have stayed at this property a number of times and have never had any issues. I would, and probably will, stay here again. The one thing which was a only a slight inconvenience this time as it's the first time it's happened, was the lack of bedside tables.

Average breakfast but cheap.. decent size room and a comfy bed.

For starters there was a woman on an absolute power trip working at the front desk. She very nearly didn’t let us check in because we were with a 17 year old who apparently needed to be accompanied by a parent/guardian despite it not stating this anywhere on the booking. This woman also stood in the corridor looking for an opportunity to have a go at us for “being too loud” despite nobody complaining about this. There was food shoved behind one of the beds from the previous guests and rust all over the shower and shower curtains, as well as no hot water coming from the tap, aside from when this tap would randomly switch on without being touched. There was also no way to change the temperature in the room so it was either boiling hot or freezing. The security deposit was also upped from £20 to £50 in between the time that I booked the room and went to check in, which I was not made aware of until I checked in. Finally, there were very peculiar rules posted up around the hotel, such as no pyjamas in the lobby?? Overall would not recommend, will not be coming back!

The room is spacious. We have a lot of luggage, so it's quite fitting for us. The surrounding area is calm.

The hotel is looking a bit old and in need of renovation but was fine for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was good place need a good paint lot of noise outside my room.. Staff very friendly and bedding had some stains on

Check-in was done quickly, room was large and bed was very comfy; a bit difficult to reach the hotel if you're going by bus or train but value for money is amazing

The only thing what did not like i asked the night before about no hot water then when i went down for breakfast they came did but it should of been done the night before

Great bed and excellent facilities!

Property needs refurbishment, dirty and tired, television aerial was held in the socket with blu-tack and kept going off, the bathroom was awful, there was a crack in the bathroom sink, very unhygienic, and the whole place had a funny smell, not fresh, so definitely will not be returning.

Liked.Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking. Clean comfortable bed. Shower was cold on second morning, but maintenance person arrived very quickly and sorted it. Disliked. Room too hot, noisy from outside road.

Very Dirty and run down. Rusted pipes in bathroom. Saw a large spider run under the bed. Reported to front desk who didn’t care much, didn’t do anything and said entire hotel is booked and no other rooms to offer. No ac and the fans they gave was not effective. Bad hotel, poor service. Do not recommend. Pay a few more bucks and Find a good place nearby
