Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. Greated on arrival, shown room.and as another room was availble wqs given option for this room aswell. Very pleasant well keapt,.easy parking and close to sea front.

Lovely stay in a beautiful well equipped room. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied.

Such a lovely place to stay, inside it was all decorated giving a very warm autumn feel, the room was lovely, Jane and Ged were absolutely amazing, so hospitable and genuinely lovely people, breakfast was perfect, it was on another level for me, as I am in the area for work every 5 weeks I will definitely be hoping to stay on a regular basis from now on.

Lovely place and incredibly kind hosts

Absolutly amazing stay. The hosts couldn't do enough fof us and were very freindly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this N&B to anyone. We will definately book again. Thank you to Jane and Ged.

No English breakfast available, if I had known this from the start I would not have booked it

Jane and Ged were fantastic: so friendly and welcoming, and the place is lovely. We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine. No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic. Perfectly situated for a seaside break, and the area itself is picturesque. While other places are closer to specific attractions, Amarillo is a great central point to see various sites in the area. Would happily stay again!

Jane and Ged are fabulous hosts and really knowledgeable on the area. Spotlessly clean and welcoming. 15 minute walk into the centre of Bournemouth and all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous gem of a place. Cosy, clean, quiet, great decor & a full & super breakfast spread. Jane & Jed have a truly lovely place for you to stay with all you could need. They showed us a few of the other rooms with some smaller, some bigger, but all with unique decor plus they have bookings for bigger groups to take the entire house [plus the kitchen!]...it's different but simply a fabulous place to stay.

If I was to write everything that was good about my stay, I could be quite possibly be here all night. So I will write everything that was bad…………….? Nothing Thank you Ged and Jane for a perfect stay.

Room was a bit small but fully functional

The best B&B experience you could ask for . Me and my husband we decide to book something in Bournemouth and we discover this amazing guesthouse and obviously Jane and Ged witch they are great hosts . Room it was small but very nice. Breakfast is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone.

The cleanliness and comfort of the property was great. Really loved the decor. All towels, bed linen and dressing gown were of great quality and smelt lovely and fresh. The only disappointment was that the property is advertised with breakfast available from 9-10am. It's one of the main reasons I booked this property, over another. Unfortunately, I was told on my first evening by the owner after enqurying about breakfast the next day, that breakfast wasn't served during the winter months - something they mentioned that they are trying to rectify with the advertisement on hotel.com
