Good family apartment, no issue.

Bit dissapointed we didnt get the apartment we booked because it was booked for its location, Although the alternative apartment was very nice just wasnr in the right location I would of prefered a phone call explaining as i dont always pick up my emails for a couple of days.

The apartment was nice, clean. Kitchen well equipped. The parking is small. The Olympic park is close and nice, good for running and walks. A lots of speed controls on the road!

The parking is small and the gate is not working properly, but there is also plenty of free space on the street. The Olympic park is close, nice for running and walks.

Good Apartment, great location and Free parking

The room is tidy and clean. The owner responded quickly. The parking place has a gate. Overall is good.

Our stay was pretty good. Getting in over the weekend is a major issue as we had to wait for hours outside the house to get someone to bring the keys over to us. Clean apartment and good location. Cleaning of the apartment is a different ball game as we stayed for 11 nights and no one came to clean the room as we were promised cleaning and change of duvets and bed sheets every four days, this turned out not to be true. We only had someone bring change of towels over after about 8 days into our stay. The towels were too small and need upgrading. TV in the rooms could be better as the one in our flat is old and quite small. We were told parking was free for our 2-bed flat but when we needed to park a guest who came to visit us for a few hours, we were denied the use of it!!. Other than these few mentioned displeasing points as mentioned, we actually had a good stay and enjoyed the flat. Security and the services were good. Close to Lea Bridge train station, so getting around on train was easy. Loads of shops to buy stuffs from scattered around. Quiet and convenient location for a family stay. I will definitely stay in this place if the above issues were resolved.

Appartment is good but little far from central london there is no indian restaurant nearby But appartment is very good and comfortable but it was no problems i use to take metro central line direct to central London we enjoyed our stay thanks hotel.com for booking this appartment.

Stay was very good, very nice place with all the essentials. Only tiny inconvenience was that the tv remote needed new batteries.

It was a home away from home. Better than being in a hotel

Close to grocery stores, bus route and underground.

lovely apartment, clean , nice big balcony and everything you need for a comfortable stay, added bonus of free secure parking with electric gate!

The apartment was great, nice and just enough space for my family of 5 to stay comfortably. My only recommendation would be a little more information for travelers from the US, many of the switches and appliances are very different from what we are used to and it took us some time to figure it out. It was very clean and convenient to the train station. We loved it and would stay again. Highly recommend.

Our only problem was the difficulty contacting the apartment staff. We had no enough toilet paper and paper towels so we had to buy for ourselves for the remaining days of stay. We had texted them about the towels, no one answered but changed the towels and cleaned the room after two days fr the day I texted anyway. Overall I will still say, it’s ok.

Nice apartment, parking, comfy rooms, close to city. No check-in desk, you have to call an arrange meeting to collect the keys, threy charge extra 30 or 40 punds for check-in after 8pm. Apartment is in working class neighborhood, but I did not care about that. Great price/quality value!

We were a little bit concerned about the neighborhood as we pulled onto the block (it seemed a little sketchy), but after we settled in we were fine. The owner was very accommodating and had the cleaning lady open up the doors for us since we arrived a few hours earlier than check-in. The location is approximately an hour away from LHR and a less than five minute walk to the train station. There is also a bus stop right across the street. The representative that came by to check us in was extremely helpful. He book marked the map of the subway system and a time table for the local train to my phone.The building is modern. The kitchen can use more cookware. Overall I am happy with my stay at Andora. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 5 nights. There are many mini marts nearby and a chinese take away restaurant (good for vegetarians)

Easy to find easy to book and close to where i need to be. Gated parking which is always a good thing in London.

Great for us as we were going to rugby so,just a train ride away handy to transport and London central
