They were very welcoming and gave suggestions on where to take our dog for a walk and to have food. We even got breakfast for the road. It was great, highly recommended before the Eurotunnel.

Beachborough is the perfect location for anyone wanting to catch the Eurotunnel with it being only 2 mins drive away. Rob was on hand on arrival with a quick phone call, the surroundings are very scenic and picturesque and the accommodation is spot on. Very comfy double bed and all other amenities were very good. Would definitely stay again when travelling on the Eurotunnel and if staying for longer in the garden of England.

This place is great part of an old estate. The owner is very welcoming and knowledgable on the history of the house and grounds. Apparently it was used as a hospital during both wars. It is handy for those using le shuttle to France as we did.

Really pretty, peaceful location and super convenient for the channel tunnel access. 5 mins away. Facilities a bit dated and basic but well looked after and there was everything we needed. Lovely continental breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t spot that there is no evening meal on site which was tough after a long journey. But Hythe only 10 mins away.

Great place to stay before the shuttle crossing. Warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast to go is a really nice touch. One point to note, the bed we stayed in had a footboard so if you are tall the bed can be uncomfortable. When I asked if all beds were like this, after we stayed, I didn’t get a response.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, before and after our trip to France via Euro tunnel. For travelers with dogs, this place is fantastic - there is a garden right outside the room, so my dog was very happy. The areas is nice and quiet. Check-in was delightful as the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I am not too happy about is the bed - it is too soft and rather uncomfortable unfortunately.

What an amazing find. We can’t recommend Beachborough Park enough. From our first contact with Rob it could not have been better. He was so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly. We were leaving early the next morning and would miss breakfast however there was already a paper bag with a continental breakfast ready and waiting for us in the room, including a cafetière ready for use. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was immensely comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. What drew us to Beachborough Park was the proximity to the channel tunnel, just a mile and half away, however, to suggest this is the only reason you would stay is untrue. Yes, it’s an ideal stay when travelling to and from the tunnel, but I’m sure you would not be sorry if your stay was longer. Thank you Rob and team for such a pleasant stay. We will definitely return.
