I had a great stay there and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be much as the rate was really cheap in comparison to other hotel prices, but when I arrived I was really impressed. The hotel was in a quiet and nice location, the rooms were clean and comfortable and it had a homely vibe to it. I would definitely stay there again if I was to ever go back to that part of Cornwall.

We were impressed with the warmth of the hospitality we received at this quaint hotel.
The gentleman opened the pool just for us for a quick dip even though it was closing very soon. The pool was so warm , especially in the pouring rain - lovely fun.
The staff were very smiley, genuine, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean & tidy, the staff were friendly & welcoming & the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The only downfall was the couple in the room next door waking us up 12.30 on our last night with loud laughter & talking all the way from the car park, up the stairs & then in their room. Not the hotels fault, but wish some people had more respect for others.

The location was quiet, clean and pretty and the hotel blends with the surrounding neighborhood. The nicest Best Western we’ve stayed in. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Parking was plentiful too. We had a great sleep.

I always try and book this hotel when I'm working in the area. The staff are lovely, always friendly and very helpful. The only thing I wasn't happy with during this stay was that they have taken the gammon dish off of the menu. Such a shame as this was my favourite.

This Best Western was a cheery little hotel but it’s just been bought by some Egyptian Owners who forbid the sale of alcohol or pork products. This will make a huge difference for visitors wanting a full English Breakfast or a glass of wine with their dinner.
A bit sad really.
