This hotel is within a 10-minute walk from West Kensington Station. Although it's located in Zone 2, the surrounding residential area feels relatively safe and quiet, even late at night. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything is very clean, and the heating system works exceptionally well.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
I'd like to especially thank Sandra and Karam for their thoughtful service.
If I visit London again, I would definitely consider staying here once more.

Lastly, the area around West Kensington is mainly residential, so it’s not overly busy, but you still have the convenience of going to the city without long travelling.

Fantastic hotel! Really conveniently located for The Lost Estate and close to plenty of bars/restaurants and public transport. Staff were very friendly and our room, though compact, was very clean and had everything we needed.

The entrance was clumsy, very hard to get in or out especially with luggage. There was no fridge in the room. Room was very small. It was only a couple of feet bigger than the bed. Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The nearest tube station is west Kensington about 7 minute walk from the hotel. There aren’t any restaurants nearby.

I was greeted by amazing hotel staff Sandra, she was so friendly and was able to show me two options for the rooms which i could choose. Everything was so easy from check in to check out. They also have a lugagge room if you need to collect your luggage later!

Overnight stay at this location but was kindly upgraded upon arrival and staff was very accommodating overall. Room was clean and renovated. Conveniently located 5 mins away from tube station as well. Would stay here again.

The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Checked in with Javed and checked out with Anh. Both of them were very helpful and respectful with their customer service. Nice quiet area with local shops and great restaurants. Very clean and updated hotel/room as well. Will be staying again.

The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift.
