Excellent service - warm and friendly hosts, would highly recommend

It was a lovely hotel, people were amazing, always made sure we had parking, was friendly and accommodating. We didnt have breakfast there but it smelled amazing, the place was clean and we had a great room and service. The hotel is so close to all you need, pubs, restaurants, piers, pleasure beach and arcades. Thank you.

Great location, ideal for promenade, pleasure beach, trams, buses, sandcastle water park and the beach....weather permitting!!! Great staff and a fab room for four people. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One thing I would suggest is for a mat to be put in the shower floor as it is slippery and someone could fall if not careful. The noise is from sea gulls so I doubt there is anything the hotel can do about it.

we were welcomed by Phil on arrival, such a friendly guy who enjoys a chat over breakfast in the morning. He really looked after us and the other guest. The hotel was easy to find, great location for pleasure beach and south pier. Rooms really comfortable and all ensuite. The beds were comfy and tea/coffee in room with mini fridge. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, continental but filling and plenty to go around. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for the laughs. We will be back :)

Lovely b and b. Family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. Good breakfast. Good location to the south pier. Fridge in the room for tea and coffee is a great bonus. We definitely use again. Phil and Jon are really welcoming.

The staff were lovely was a bit disappointed that they didn’t do cooked breakfast in mornings, this wasn’t shown when we booked but the house /hotel was very clean and tidy

We have just returned from a long weekend staying with Phil and Jo. We are giving them 10/10. The room was big, comfortable,immaculate and warm. Breakfast was filling and delicious.They went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. We will definately be back more than once. They deserve their 9.8/10 in our view. Well done guys.

Lovely b&b, hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Had a lovely weekend here sleeping was bliss as matresses were amazing in our room. Would Definitely recommend. A lovely touch from the owners of tea ,coffee, galaxy hot chocolate and little biscuits waiting for us upon our arrival. Thank you very much

Lovely little B&B with equally lovely and friendly hosts. Location is great, just steps from South Pier, Sandcastle Water Park and the Pleasure Beach plus a short 5 min tram ride away from Blackpool Tower. Great continental breakfast included with plenty of options and enough to fill us up for a day of exploring. We had the family suite for our family of 4, which was perfect as the kids had their own little adjoining bunk bed room separate to our room, which also had it's own en-suite shower and toilet so we weren't all fighting for the shower in the morning. All round recommended and won't hesitate to stay again.

Really lovely stay. Clean comfortable room. Friendly host. Breakfast of cereal, toast, croissants etc was more than adequate. Perfectly located for the Pleasure Beach (We got soaked on Valhalla and were so glad we only had to squelch a short distance back to change our clothing.) The tower was also within walking distance. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, rooms are great and clean, great staff and great location. Highly recommend.

Great stay, great location, friendly owner, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are compact but very clean, beds and pillows really comfy. For me they could charge more, it's brilliant for the price. My wife and I will definitely be back.
