The breakfast was lovely everything you could ask for was there the room was immaculate the staff was lovely and helpful all shops and amenities were just in walking distance l certainly would recommend it to anyone

The property is well maintained and has a pleasant communal area.

Friendly people, a clean hotel and good cooked breakfast

We had a fantastic stay. The B&B was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely fresh feel throughout. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We've stayed at several B&Bs in Blackpool over the years, but this is the first one we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay really convenient for all the amenities Blackpool has to offer very clean b&b Breakfast way excellent to others that I have had in recent places I would recommend to others.

We really liked this hotel and will be back next year. Our host was friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location for bars, restaurants and Funny girls which we highly recommend.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights over the weekend. We've been to Blackpool around 4 times over the last couple of years and can honestly say this is the cleanest and best hotel we've stayed in. Check in was easy and friendly and the room was lovely and fresh. No sticky carpet or musty smell at this hotel! Lovely fluffy white towels was such a pleasant change from previous places we had stayed. Breakfast was lovely, and again the dining room and furniture all looked clean and modern. Service was just that right amount of friendliness; asking about your night but realising we were feeling a bit delicate from the night before We would highly recommend this hotel, it's in a great location and hopefully there will be availability next time we are looking.as I don't think anything else will come close to matching this.

Lovely couple clean and well maintained hotel

Tiny room. Noisy - you can hear pretty much everything from other rooms, conversation, bathroom noises, etc. Bizarre that no toiletries/shampoo/bodywash is provided, other than handwash in the basin. I was told that they don't provide these as they can't take the risk of someone having an allergic reaction, which makes no sense given that they do provide handwash, and that they apparently also have, in the top floor communal bathroom, a basket of toiletries available. Seems contradictory. When I said that I'd never been somewhere that doesn't provide these things in ensuite bathrooms, I was told that I "must stay in some right posh places". When I said that I often stay in budget hotels like Travelodge, the response was that they just provide a refillable dispenser on the wall, and "you never know what sh*t is in there". Having said that, they did then go and get me a bottle of shower gel, so they did at least resolve the issue. The location is extremely convenient for the station, and a short walk to the seafront and attractions, so that's a plus.

Very friendly and great level on service. Bathrooms dated but functional, we would stay again. No parking but free parking on the road outside if you can get a space. Walkable to Blackpool.

Had a lovely stay at Berne Hotel, room was clean and tidy and kids loved it , Breakfast was very nice , the owner was very friendly and helpful also allowed us the leave are bags after checking out so we could enjoy our last few hours in the town, would definitely use again.

Advertising free Wi-Fi, no sign or mention of it at all. Generally clean but dusty in part.

I was made to feel very welcome by the hosts as soon as I arrived. Carried my case up to my room for me. Bed was so comfy I had to force myself to get up. Keys for the outer door meant you can come and go at your leisure. The breakfast was delicious. Bar area is lovely and welcoming. Superb value. 2 mins walk from train station. Will definitely be staying again

Great service first time staying in this hotel and would definitely stay again lovely and clean and warm and the manager is very friendly nothings to much trouble.
