What Guests Say About Their Stay

Lovely cosy cottage, very well-equipped and well situated for places to shop, eat and drink and for visiting Hadrian’s Wall and Roman sites. Beautiful walks from the cottage so car not essential. Considerate host who provided welcome milk and chocolates. Ideal for spring and summer, not sure I would want to stay in the middle of winter. Take slippers as uncarpeted parts can be chilly on the feet.
