Staff were very welcoming. Check in was quick & easy. Room was quite compact but very clean & tidy. Great location

I had an amazing time at citizenM Shoreditch! The hotel itself is fantastic—super stylish, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the whole vibe was just great. The only downside to my stay was some loud, rude people staying on my floor, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault at all. Everything citizenM could control was absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time here and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent staff, hotel and prime location in shoreditch. Beautiful room. Loved the complimentary still and sparkling water and the 24/7 communal space. Beauitful hotel. will be back!

The staff were extremely helpful although it was a self check in/out experience. The room was well maintained and near by to an amazing neighborhood with great food and drink options

The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. There was loads of room and the lounge area and seating was real groovy right up my street. Staff were happy to help at all times and really nice and pleasant. Loved my stay

Was a lovely clean room. Great view across London. Only slight thing that didn’t seem to work properly was temperature control as was very hot over night and didn’t have a tea/coffee making facilities. But that’s it, greatly situated, comfy bed and nice shower. Would def go back

Stayed at this particular hotel many times, it is our preferred place when we come to London, although it’s expensive and no longer have the discounts they used to offer. Shoreditch location is fab for touristy stuff.

Perfect

This was the perfect stay in Shoreditch. Very comfortable bed, clean space! Some things to note: - The room is tiny, but it's exactly what is expected in London. For how small the room is, the King size bed makes up for it! Very comfy. - The windows do not open in any of the rooms and the ventilation isn't ideal. Typically not an issue, but one of us got sick during our stay and we did spend extra time in the room than we would've otherwise.

I really enjoyed my stay there - the bed was big and comfortable and the staff were just fantastic. When i first got there (fairly late and exhausted) they were so friendly and helpful, they checked in for me and really made me feel at home. It was exactly what i needed after a long day. The room was nice - the coloured lights in the bathroom were really cool, i enjoyed playing round with them on the IPad and kept them on all night. The blackout blind worked a lot better than i expected too - i woke up early and almost blinded myself when i casually opened them in the morning. There are a couple of things they could improve on: using the IPad to control the TV was a tad annoying. You can't access the normal TV guide so you have to scroll through all the channels on the off chance you can find something you want to watch. Similarly, you couldn't put a sleep timer on the TV either (which i know you can do normally as I have the same TV). It'd be really good if these things could be added as options on the ipad. The IPad would also benefit from having access to the menu for the bar/restaurant downstairs and information about the room (like check out instructions and where the earplugs are). I mention the earplugs because i was woken up at 4am to noise outside and didn't know where they were, it wasn't a big deal though. Overall i really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again!

I thought the room was a little small, but the lobby vibe & amenities made up for that immensely. I made a mistake on checkout by forgetting a charger in my room. The hotel staff was swift in helping me retrieve it!
