The property was very clean. The beds very comfortable I had a room with an en suite. The building was very secure and asked for ID at the 24 hour manned reception desk. I was a lone female traveler and I felt very safe the whole time. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was described with shower, nearest shower 2 floors down, reception said nan no shower with budget room. TV had on half the channels. Bed was squeaky. Room was basic but needed a good clean, I came away with bites down my neck, my arm and across my back, I assume bed bugs. The room was on the front road side, buses and noise until late then again from 6am. It was convenient for Excel but I won't use it again. Tiny shower room, needs a good clean.

PLEASE AVOID STAYING HERE!!! Where To Start The Place was COMPLETELY FALSELY ADVERTISED!! All Amenities That Was Said To Be In The Room Wasn’t e.g kettle, mugs, tea coffee Hairdryer Duvet didn’t feel or appear clean. Found The Receptionist Asleep Multiple Times When Needed Help Or Needing To Ask Questions. Highly Unprofessional. Also Stated That Breakfast Was Meant To Be Served For An Extra £10. It turned out that breakfast didn’t in fact exist. So we would highly NOT Recommend Stay Here If You Want Everything That Is Being Advertised On the Website. Furthermore I Will Be Reporting This So Called Apparent Hotel To Trading Standers.

I certainly wouldn't be recommending this place. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, there is no way to get in after the doors have been locked, and I even caught the night guy sleeping on the couch. The place is certainly not the cleanliest, and some of the bathrooms are practically unusable. I'd certainly be avoiding this one.

Very unsafe stay especially for a solo female traveller. My room is literally next to the glass window of the front hotel, they only covered with room divider and curtain. You can hear everything from outside, people talking and all the vehicles. Very noisy and unsafe hence unable to rest. Can hear people next door snoring as well. I have stayed in a cheap hotel before but never felt this unsafe and noisy. Bathroom smells as well. Staffs are not friendly. And door is only locked with simple lock. I only stayed for 9 hours just awaiting for the sunrise and checked out straight away.

Room too hot, noisy, uncomfortable, with cockroach. No basin, which most rooms have even when not en suite. Tea / coffee advertised as available, but wasn't.

Really poor. I mean..i guessed it wouldnt be great at £79 but the level of filth is dangerous to health. The whole huilding smelled of fish. Theres a water tank in the "reception" that is 4" thick of green fungus and stagnant water build up. The shower was stuck on to the wall using filler. Stay here if you're planning to get really drunk, you have to be drunk to stay.

Location is very good. Staff behavior was good with us definitely. However, he was using bad words in Punjabi / Hindi for another customer while discussing with his friend in the reception in front of us. They should be conscious when they are in reception at least. Hotel safety is bad. I had a window which was broken and could not be closed and the staff said it is fine and the place is safe where in the back side of the window they had a stair coming into the hotel and anyone from the back side of the hotel can enter through the window. He tried. Can't take out credit from him. But on the first hand, how the hell a window in a hotel could be broken and hotel people do not know about it? Big question. Hotel Hygine is bad. There were short hairs on the bed. Bedsheets looked white without any dirt on it. However, the pillows were sunked into the bed and looked like someone was using that room to sit on the bed and may be watch tv or relax a bit before us. Room Quality : Room Size is small but ok for few nights. Got AC and fans in all rooms which was good though we didn't use AC. Toilets are shared in majority of the rooms. There are toilets which are very less in terms of space. Would be difficult for a healthy person to sit in the comode. Sliders of the showers looked like will fall anytime. Drinking water : There is a machine downstairs where you can fill in the bottle and take it if you are in higher floor. To me, it looked more of bed and breakfast than a hotel.

The hotel is dreaful for the extortionate price. Dirty, smelly, unsafe. I don't just mean run down, but the shared bathroom is dreadful and unclean. There card machine was "broken" and you had to pay cash. Do not stay here!
