Fabulous stay! Lovely large room with a river view, twoi comfy chairs to watch the world go by. We had a comfy bed and all te facilities anyone would need. Well definitely stay there again. Oh, and lovely, polite and helpful staff.

Looked a little tired, however we were lucky to have a beautiful river view. Very disappointment about a dirty towel (flakes of brown) hanging in the bathroom, so we were unable to use this. Also felt it was extremely warm and even with air con, it felt too warm and none of the windows opened on the third floor.

the hotel was great ; amazing location overlooking the river and the tyne bridges . Room was large and nice. The only negative was it was really hot in the room due the large glass windows and no way of opening them, there was a ventiliation system but it was rubbish and not air conditioning .

Very nearly everything was perfect. Truly excellent location. Tremendous staff. Everything clean to a high standard. Our only comment is that there is no bedside light on one side of the bed and no switch to operate any other light

Generously sized room with all required functionality, however our room, particularly the bathroom, felt dated compared to other areas of the hotel. That said it was a pleasant stay overall, I would recommend and stay again. The added bonus of the on site car park was great.
