Amazing property kept very clean

The staff are all friendly and helpful, but their training is lacking. While I was eating breakfast a member of staff sprayed the table next to me to clean it, filling the air with cleaning spray (you should spray the cloth then wipe the table). My dinner was served in a deep bowl rather than on a plate making it difficult to eat, and was placed on a glass table without a placemat which mean it was slipping around. The food was good and my room was comfortable, and all of the staff were helpful, but some basic training is definitely needed.

Our stay was great, check-in was quick along with friendly staff. The room was very spacious and clean. I can not compliment the hotel enough and would stay again if I was in the area

All to frequently there is insufficient hot water at the hotel. Over my last four stays at the Crowne Plaza, in the morning (07:30 hrs) there is only luke warm water coming out of the taps. Last night (20:30-22:00) there was also only luke warm water to shower in. Disappointing.

Quiet, comfortable 2 night stay with vintage ambiance near Liverpool airport & shops. Buses at door for City Centre & Anfield Stadium. Great breakfast & friendly, helpful staff throughout. Clean, spacious, vintage room overlooking old aircraft for plane-lovers. Try the scouse.....delicious.....even cater for vegetarians so don't miss out! An enjoyable, comfy, memorable stay!

We use this hotel every year for the last 4 years as we attend the Lfc legends game at Anfield and has everything we need lovely beds and breakfast

We loved this hotel, great style, beautifully decorated, good quality, spacious room with very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, warm, lots of hot water, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Easy to travel into the city centre by bus. We would love to return.

Hotel is located inside the former airport terminal. The wifi was next to non existent most of my stay. This has been a problem for the hotel over many months an years I was told by staff. Instead of installing boosters in the rooms they do mini fixes. I won't stay here again unless it gets a proper fix

The hotel is beautiful ! It has kept its art deco style beautifully .we had a double bed bedroom which faced the front -this room was immaculately clean and had bath robes etc in there too . The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty ! The staff across the whole hotel were really helpful and we were welcomed with a smile by everyone !
