Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Good lighting in the rooms and bathroom. Multiple mirrors and sockets. Only downfall was the temp control thermostat stays lit up overnight. Very modern hotel. Great bar, breakfast and dinner! Helpful wait staff. Gym was okay for a hotel gym. Parking on site is separate to booking. Overall a great stay and would come back!

The staff were particularly helpful. They were out of welcome cookies but told us to make sure to call back for them. Our request for a quieter room was accommodated. The room was immaculate, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Faultless.

Great hotel for an overnight trip. Easy check in with polite and efficient staff. Rooms were very spacious and bathroom spotless and modern. Would recommend. Worth noting it’s not in the centre so it’s a short uber ride in. Also it is right next to the football stadium but no games when we stayed so not an issue. Perfect stay if you were going to a match.

I stayed four nights and was impressed on how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially in the restaurant. During my stay there was a large party of bowlers from the British Blind sport organisation, along with carers and dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for the dining room team assisting clients. They were a credit to the hotel.

Absolutely horrible experience. Forget complimentary water bottles—there wasn’t even a glass available in the room. When I contacted reception, I was told I needed to earn points just to access such basic amenities. That’s completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I would genuinely prefer staying in a budget hotel over paying premium rates for Hilton. Extremely disappointing, and I won’t be choosing Hilton again.

From the welcome that we received on our arrival, to being allocated our room and having our breakfast, the whole experience was fantastic. Cheerful happy staff everywhere, absolutely beautiful room where we rested and slept comfortably, and topped off with a wholesome enjoyable breakfast and again hosted by friendly very helpful staff. One word to use would be fabulous stay and will be returning very soon.
