Andy was unassuming and gracious. He was a good host and makes a great breakfast!

No air conditioning, house was set up to keep warm, no thought to comfort during heat wave. Had to climb stairs with luggage. No electric outlet in bathroom for women to use curling iron etc. Hosts were great! Overall, a good place to stay and good value.

Andy was very welcoming and the property was in a great location, close to transportation and restaurants.

Very nice guesthouse, great room, great private bathroom (not ensuite). Great, freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Wimbledon is very well connected to the London city center. Already recommnded the Goodenough Guesthouse to friends.

This was a great find for us, loved that there was free parking, great location and Andy looked after us brilliantly

Chosen for proximity to medical centre for private treatment. Excellent breakfast and very helpful couple who run the guest house. Would definitely stay again.

Public transport connections are excellent, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The host was very welcoming. My room was very clean and spacious with a double bed and a single. Would definitely return if in the area 😊

Nice property

We were greeted by the owner at the door and welcomed. The house was lovely and warm, comfortable looking and welcoming. We were shown to our room. We had the “back room” which was spotlessly clean, bright and comfy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and fresh milk in a fridge. Bathroom was lovely with plenty of hot water and was next door to our room for our private use. We had a full English breakfast cooked for us and Andy made it fresh asking what we wanted. Plenty of toast, tea and cereals, too. Fresh orange juice to start and toast to munch on with jam whilst we waited for the main breakfast. Andy was very friendly and helpful. Parking is in a private space so should not be a problem. We used the train to travel into the city which was less than 10 minute walk. Would we use here again …. Definitely

Thanks to Andy I arrived at the company dry because he gave me a lift that stormy morning. I really enjoyed my stay at this guest house and the breakfast was welcome each morning.

Everything about my stay at #4 Goodenough was excellent. Location (close to Wimbledon station), accommodations (cozy, private, comfortable, clean, upstairs in the loft), hospitality (warm and welcoming, even going the extra and giving me a lift to the train station on my departure). Couldn’t have been happier with my last minute selection and first experience at a B&B.

Lovely B & B. Very close to Wimbledon Town and Wimbledon Tennis. Andy was a great host and produced a nice cooked breakfast each morning.

We stayed five lovely nights at this delightful BNB. It is perfectly located just minutes walk into Wimbledon. Andy was an incredible host and look after us including an amazing English Breakfast each morning. Met some lovely guests from Venice. Would highly recommend this location and would stay again if we return. Thanks Andy!!.

The loft we rented had a queen bed and a single bed for our daughter. There weren’t any sheets in the bed, but it seems to be the way they do it in London and Paris. The owner and his wife were very friendly and the traditional English breakfast was really good. The bathroom is large and the water pressure was very good. We were able to do laundry before leaving which was a big plus. There was a hair dryer, a small fridge and tea and coffee in the room.The only negative would be the distance to downtown London, but if you don’t mind it, you will sleep well for a very competitive price.

Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. No a/c in room but there was a fan.
