Very easy access to the check-in area at the north terminal. Literally just 2 mins when you exit the hotel (it's all connected). I had an early flight (6.25am) but continental breakfast was made available from 4am which was a nice touch (main/full breakfast from 6am). Staff were fantastic - friendly and very willing to help. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight at the north terminal at Gatwick and you don't want to rush in the morning!

Fab hotel for ease before a flight. Comfortable and clean but food menu was limited in the bar we thought.
Nice to have breakfast included but it’s only continental between 0400-0700 which is a shame when you have an early flight

We got to the hotel 6 hours later than planned because of a nightmare journey with GWR, I phoned the hotel and the staff member was very sympathetic and helpful. Once we got to the hotel the check in, comfort and quality of the hotel all helped to take away the stress. Will look for this chain again.

They due not have a place to store luggage. They want too charge a ridiculous 🙄 amount for early check-in .They don't tell you if you are a member of the hotel that you don't halto pay for early check-in until you ask.

Great room. Lovely staff. So friendly and welcoming. Love the helpful text contact. Great idea. Helped me find the hairdryer.
Sadly barely slept at all due to noises outside room most of night. Sounded like trolleys going past.
