Great stay in Newcastle, ideal location by the train station and all the bars. Main reason for choice was near Utilita and St James Park. Room was Queen room which was clean, and serviced every day. Breakfast was ample and cooked fresh, with lots of variety. 24/7 reception was perfect for a snack or drink at anytime and staff were very polite. Will stay here again that’s the ultimate compliment.

We were placed on the top floor with an amazing view of Newcastle. I will definitely be booking again in the future

The property is directly across from the train station. Staff very accommodating, the room was nice. Within a few blocks are the major tourist sights plus shopping, restaurants, etc. Good find.

Hotel itself was good, friendly staff who were very helpful.
Be aware that car park is at least a 10 minute walk away and the sent as part of confirnation does not take you to the correct car park - very frustrating and disappointing not to be told about it upfront.

Quiet room, 4th floor with a street view. Only an office chair, would benefit by replacing with TWO chairs for a couple to relax. Breakfest good, quality fine and generally hot enough. Would benefit by inclusion of canned tomatoes instead of salad tomatoes especially for vegetarian guests wanting the hot breakfast option

Bed wasn’t comfy. Staff was really friendly though. Skip desk and virtual key doesn’t work when you need to go to the desk anyway to get a card for electricity and also only 1 lift working isn’t the best all and all good stay.

Very convenient for train station ie directly across the road and in great area for everywhere in general. ALL staff have been so helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this particular hotel again. Keep up the good work.

Lovely comfortable hotel reasonably priced .Checking in very straightforward,room was spacious and very clean.Bed was comfortable .Plenty if amenities and is central .There was lots of choice at breakfast buffett ,was hot and freshly cooked .
