The room was nice and great value considering location. I loved the complimentary gin and tonic. The spa was lovely, definitely worth a visit

The Hotel was lovely. Most of the bar staff were lovely although the female manager was rude to one of the staff members in front of the guests which seemed a little unprofessional. Spa facilities were amazing and really unusual. The food was lovely and would def stay again. The rooms were well equipped and nice although there was mould around the window frames.

Hotel location was perfect. Close to the laines, shops, beach front, i360 and restaurants.
The hotel room itself was spacious, plenty of storage, decent coffee machine, complimentary gin and tonic and a super big comfortable bed. Decor overall very nice.
Staff very friendly and happy to accommodate.
The weather was very hot this weekend. We had to ask for a change of room as the 1st night stay was very warm. Window didn’t open, and the air con machine supplied didn’t work. The room over all was damp and we had found black mould on the walls of the bathroom. Isolator fan didn’t work in bathroom either.
Moved to another room with no issues from staff. Much better room with a window to allow air flow! Isolator fan still not working and air con still poor but overall a better room and better stay.
Would stay again. Amazing location!

Could be a very nice hotel and spa but needs looking after. A few damages in the rooms and an unclean spa area let it down. Good location for access to city centre and sea. Nice decor.

I’ve always liked this hotel as it’s quite small and it always felt a little special. But this time I felt very much like just a number, no real welcome or attention given at any point. Deluxe Room (sea view) - whilst bed was very comfortable and bathroom adequate the rest was a little tired and I found it rather lacking. Especially for the price.

I had a lovely stay for work and wished I could have spent more time in my room, which was gorgeous! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the bits and pieces I needed. The sea view (with a complimentary G&T!) was just amazing. Breakfast was also really nice with lots of choice. Will definitely be coming back!

The hotel and facilities were beautiful. The use of the spa was a highlight.
The complimentary gin and tonic when we got to our room was the perfect way to start.
Only flaw was some crumbs on the armchair when we got there it had obviously just been missed on the clean.
Otherwise perfect stay
