The only positive with this hotel was its proximity to two tram/Metro station and across a regional rail station. Not once did I see staff smile, the check-in process was a mess, the rooms were below par, bed wasnt firm at all, carpet dirty, parts of the walls, and the TV did not show the full picture. I do not recommend, not worth the money. It only added to how unsatisfied I was with Birmingham.

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We had an issue with very loud music coming from the room next door which was dealt with by staff without issue.

Very neat and tidy room but service was patchy. Checkin guy didn’t understand that I was checking in, we got the wrong room initially, with a broken sofa bed. Found a beer bottle in the lift lobby in the morning that stayed there for hours. Breakfast was tasty and late checkout & left luggage much appreciated

Unfortunately our first room the heating was not working, second room the sofa bed was broken and the final thirs room no water pressure in the shower. Just gave up and slept. only to discover more than half of the machines in the gym did not work. Final straw was running out of some food items for breakfast.
Wonderful staff but i think the hotel is being run on too tight a budget especially when you consider its almost £150 a night

It was fine but didn’t find it great - beds very hard and breakfast buffet area small (though buffet food was great) Parking a bit of a walk
