Holiday Inn LINCOLN, an IHG Hotel

A lovely location and hotel, being close to the centre and historical places. The evening settingvand sunrise adds to the charm. My room (18) is comfortable, though a little warn - an upgrade. The evening meal was satisfactory, and breakfast a treat quality and setting early! However, cup lids for take-away dont fit! 😞. All staff are a credit! 😀

Hotel is tired and requires a serious revamp. My room has exposed cables, storage heaters from the 90,s and a shower cubicle that didn’t drain so overflowed whilst you showered. Besides the dated and patched up decor there was the issue of cleanliness. My room had not been cleaned to the extent that the previous occupants razor was still in the shower and their toe/finger nail clippings were on the carpet by the bedside. Additional to the gross toe nail incident, I’d hate to think when the last time the telephone was sanitised.

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location by the Quay. Parking difficult and expensive (couldn't prebook a space). Staff not at the desk for check in so waited for the one staff member. Room and bathroom functional, well stocked and fine.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, fantastic shower.

The hotel is lovely and centrally located. We had a premium room. Don’t think that I would book anything less again. Will be back again.

Close to everything walking distance used Holiday inn many times

Two members of staff on reception, one happy and one miserable, we got the miserable one. Told us she’d put car reg into the system as it was being slow and uncooperative, she obviously didn’t, as today got a parking fine.

Couldn't find the hotel and began to feel very unwell. Messaged the hotel immediately to let them know I was extremely sorry but to ill to continue to try and find their location as I was unfamiliar with the city. I heard nothing from them as a result.

The hotel was ok, the rooms were a bit tired, unlike the public spaces. Start were amazing and could not do enough for us.

Nice location, excellent service, nice & professional stuff and last but not least really dog friendly!!

Lovely stay the hotel is situated on the water front and just a short stroll into town, lots of bars and resteraunts within walking distance.

Holiday inn was excellent, staff at reception very helpful even let us check in early 😀 from arrival to leaving our stay was good . Could not of wished for better customer service

Great staff / Good food / Beer on the flat side / Pillows too hard.

There was a problem with the towel that was dealt with in a good out come over all a good hotel

Blood stains on bed sheets. Shower would not get hot.
