Everything was dealt with in professional manner.Room was lovely and clean.

Spent over 30 minutes checking in. Longest check-in I’ve had in about 5 years

Convenient for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Not the relaxing time I expected. There was building work and on my second day, I had workmen at my window on the 1st floor and the banging went on for hours, not finishing till 7 pm. The accommodation was as expected.

This property is located near the Watford Junction train and bus station and is within walking distance of it. The hotel is modern and the room was nice. Staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting Harry Potter World as the shuttle bus to the studios is from the Bus stops near the train station which is quite close to the hotel . Despite the hotel being near to the train and bus station I did not hear any noise pollution at night . I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. 5*****

Noticed more wear and tears that needs some attention but overall a nice stay.

advertised food when you want, when enquired about this on 2 separate occasions was informed by the bar staff that they don't serve any food before 5pm and after 9pm but you can order a takeaway, this was at 4.50pm and 9.10pm

Generally good stay, but beds uncomfortable, especially fold out bed for our daughter, which had loose springs.

What a lovely place, really handy for the train station, and such lovely staff

We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our economy broke at 10pm and we were moved to another room with no fuss, restaurant staff were also a credit to the hotel, our only comment would be that the food quality was not of a very good standard, based on other hotels we have used. The room was very clean even in corners where other people miss, a credit to the cleaning staff.

Heater in room was not working and it was cold. Also found staff member not very helpful. Usually the hotel is good but this time round was not a nice experience.

We did witness a close call crime. Someone nearly had their phone stolen. We were already aware though of the risks staying in London, thank you Facebook. Great location for Harry Potter studio tour though. In the words of Moody, ‘in London you need constant vigilance.’Staff were great.

We stayed here because it was within walking distance of Watford railway station and the shuttle bus for the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The staff were pleasant, helpful and approachable. The hotel was clean, quiet and seemed to be in a safe area of town. The beds were comfortable. Towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel, and tea facilities were provided. There was also an electric heater in the room. The buffet breakfast was good and well stocked. You can also have an evening meal here, and there is a good selection to choose from. Overall food was good. Some minor points: tea facilities were not replenished, there were not enough tissues or toilet roll, there was a hole in the carpet, a light on the phone flashed constantly through the night and despite asking for it to be dealt with it, it wasn't. The top of the creme brule could be improved. Considerations for future guests: a games room e.g. a pool table.

On site food is very expensive for what they are serving, especiallythe breakfasts. Looked elsewhere for cheaper alternatives
