Hotel is tucked away to the side of Reubens Hotel. My guess is that this is (in essence) an annexe of the Reubens, probably sharing the kitchen and some staff. The entrance lobby is very small and not particularly glamourous and all the rooms are accessed by a compact lift that transports the guests to the fifth floor. One of the problems with this hotel is that there's only one lift and we had to (quite frequently) wait in a queue. Another problem we had was the fact that our room was above the kitchens and we woke up each morning to the smell of frying. I suspect the hotel needs to address this - possibly an extraction problem. Other than that, it was a good stay. It's a nice hotel with excellent service. But it's not the glamourous 5 star London aesthetic experience some might expect.

Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Loved the ‘Plunder the Pantry’ complimentary option when I arrived late back from day tours. Would love to come back one day with my husband.

It’s rare that I find a hotel that lives up to the “hype” but this is the exception. It’s more like staying at a up market private club. The service is top notch. Great neighborhood, easy to get transportation or to walk to most tourist sites. Nice restaurant options very close by, or you can enjoy the on-site restaurants with their sister property. The room was immaculate. The extras, in terms of service and snack options, were generous. To come back to the room after a chilly day and lots of walking to find the bed turned down, with the sheets warmed, and the fireplace on was such a treat. Stay here, it’s worth every penny.

Couple blocks from Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station and the underground Tube. There are some small restaurants and shopping London collectibles in the area….etc. I would recommend this hotel property for their excellent service from staff, housekeeping, cleanliness and amenities bar none.

The restaurant was impeccable. The choices of snacks extremely creative & tastey! The breakfast coffee amazing. Service was exceptional and beyond our expectations- from greeting the receptionist after walking in the door to the night time room tuck down service. Room upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got ‘downgraded’ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs.
