Hotel 55

The room was small but adequate for a one night stay. Reception were helpful especially over parking.

Super close to the tube and helpful staff. The room was clean and nicely presented.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the tea with the electric kettle was a nice touch. Wish more hotels in America had electric kettles in room.

Very pleasant stay at hotel 55. Staff were excellent and friendly. Room was a little tight on headspace but overall this hotel met our needs and I would use again

We were amazed by how poor this hotel was considering the ratings had been reasonably good. The location was convenient and the staff were polite but the actual hotel and room were pretty awful. The room was tiny to the point they’d needed to box the tv in to stop people knocking it off the wall as they walked past - there was literally less than a foot between the foot of the bed and the wall. We wouldn’t have minded the size so much, but it was so dirty! The blinds were filthy, the room smelt bad, there were nasty stains on the skirting board and the only toilet roll had soaked up a load of brown liquid - no idea what that was and really I’d rather not know! Even the carpet was sticky, so we kept our shoes on apart from when we were in bed. After the show, we went back and went to sleep and left as soon as the sun rose - couldn’t get out fast enough. Suffice to say, £90 wasted and we will not be coming back…

Very clean very comfortable friendly and helpful staff

It was ok, check in was ok. The car parking there is only 4 spaces and that’s the whole reason we booked here,we couldn’t park here as they were all taken.

My sister and I stayed here for a week while on holiday. Staff was super polite and helpful and our room was very clean. I love that the hotel has a garden area in the back it was very pretty there and a nice place to hang out. Overall it was a great place to stay, close to multiple train stations and lots of stores/cafes around for anything you need

Great staff. Location was limited for services nearby but I knew that going in. It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Hotel was in a good position easy to access from the M4 and just a few minutes from the tube. It also had parking for 4 cars. We managed to get one of the spots. This was the good thing. Inside the carpets in the corridors are old and dirty. The room was okay but you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and people walking along corridors. No one at reception told us much of anything and I have no idea if breakfast was on offer or not.

Helped me out with parking which was helpful as needed to park work vehicle off road. Bar and restaurant both closed was annoying but apart from that all good

It does the job. Don't expect anything fancy or anything. Just does what it's meant to do.

Booked 3wks in advance with all requirements/advisories included. Confirmed later that same day by the hotel. Fast forward: Cancelled 3hrs before arrival at their end… no support and no confirmation we wouldn’t still be charged as a late cancellation despite it being cancelled BY them due to information provided on initial booking. Hotels.com amazing, Hotel 55 rubbish.
