Very nice room

Hotel is great in a very good location, unfortunately the restaurant is quite poor. Not on the same level as other Indigo hotels I have stayed at.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Room was great. Breakfast wasn't so great compared to other Hotel Indigo hotels that I have stayed at. Cooked breakfast was mediocre and a little sad. There weren't a lot of other options available e.g. no croissants, very limited pastries, very limited selection of fruit etc. Breakfast was not worth the price paid.

Another fantastic stay at hotel Indigo, well appointed room. Great shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty.

Stayed here a number of times and it's always a good experience. Only small issue was it took a while to serve breakfast. It's freshly cooked and not a buffet like other hotels which is a bonus but it did take quite a while to get served on this visit. Staff are always pleasant and helpful though. Room was comfortable and modern.

The hotel looks great and is in perfect spot in Manchester. I stayed in the suite and my customers in the next level rooms. Staff was polite but things just didn't work. I missed my 1st breakfast when I just did not get it before I needed to leave (asked about it 3 times). Also the breakfast was not what I have used to enjoy on 4 star hotels. Just not good enough. My suite had former customers hairpin with his/her hair on it hanging in the bathroom. I asked about it to be cleaned. Instead of cleaning, I got a person to come to my room and asked to email the picture. I did. Nothing happened. And nothing happened the next time I asked about it. And no-one answered to my emails. The room was cleaned two times in between but the hairpin stood still. My customers rooms had problems with poorly fixed floor tiles in the bathroom. Both of the rooms had the same problem: the floor tiles moved when you stepped on them. Also there was problem with lights. They were too shy to mention about the problems, but well... It didn't help even after mentioning. Until to this day (two weeks after the trip), no-one has answered to any of my emails. I have to say that for four star hotel the service and how they handle reclamations are super poor. Location: perfect. Atmosphere: good. Breakfast: not good enough. Service: very poor (very good bartender made a happy exception)

We booked this hotel for is proximity to the arena. It’s about as close as you can get so location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would book again.

Best check in In years ! The young lady who was on the evening shift (she has i troduced herself but i'm not clever enough to remember names ) made me feel so very welcome 😀 it is rare to get greeted in such a friendly but professional manner! I felt at home and i haven't even been to my room . This young lady does know how to make guests welcome because i felt she does it from her heart ! congratulations! i will be coming back for sure . Came here as a treat for my wife's 40th Birthday. Everything was near perfect until we noticed the TV wasnt working, we let reception know and they gave us vouchers for 2 drinks which was a little lame. What ruined it all however was the noise from the Trams!! Wow. The screeching of the brakes and the rubble carries on until just after midnight, it then starts again at 6am!!! The sound proofing is shockingly bad. The rooms however are nicely done and the staff ate friendly.

Excellent hotel for concerts at the AO arena.

It was close to my work location, and staff were friendly, room air conditioning fans in room very noisy

Great hotel and staff, very clean rooms and restaurant was exceptional. Mustafa in the restaurant is a funny guy and always has a smile for everyone

Good tea & coffee facilities, very friendly and helpful reception staff, comfortable room although we were expecting a twin not a double room. The trams were very noisy

N8ce hotel old building with modern rooms

Hotel was excellent and in a good location. Only gripe I have is the quality of the breakfast, which was sub standard for the price of £20 pp - very poor value. Apart from that, the stay was fine.

Very interesting building with good facilities. Our room was very well furnished with a lovely en suite and quirky fixtures and fittings. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel for the AO Arena and next door to Manchester Victoria for Trams. Good size rooms with nice clean bathrooms. Good views across the city on the 11th Floor. Staff were superb

The room was great very comfortable, the toilet leaked a little, we reported and arrangements were maid for repair, the food was good but due to a full hotel the wait was quite long, having said that the service was first class.
