Affordable and convinient, room was a decent size with all of the room amenities necessary. Carpets and paint on walls could do with a refresh, shower glass screen is also not long enough as it splashed a bit onto the floor which made it slippery

I nearly cancelled after seeing reviews of men lurking about hotel, especially as a solo female. I’d like to clear up what I believe are people around hotel. There is a bus stop right outside the foyer/entrance, people are here waiting for buses, these are the only people I saw in vicinity. Not causing and trouble or threat. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, room was very basic but clean comfy and warm.This is reflected in cost. I’ll def use this hotel again and glad I didn’t cancel due to bad reviews.

So this wasn’t to far from the tube, a little over a mile. The area wasn’t bad. The property wasn’t horrible either. Their food wasn’t great and their drinks were super expensive. With that being said, they did fix their broken elevator really fast. They also took care of a noise complain within minutes (banging had been going on for at least 30 min). Wasn’t anything special but if we were to go to London again, we’d stay there. Bring your own washcloth (none provided) and soap (their soap isn’t good at all lol). For the price though, I can’t talk overly bad about it.

Good location to Heathrow. Basic and really good shower pressure. Shuttle service good, but not to all Terminals. So be sure to account extra time for terminal transfers at the airport.

The AC not working or if its normal temperature, the room climate is really hot. Thats my second time in this hotel. The option to cancel or modify the reservation was not very comfort and clear.
