Nice big lobby and restaurant. Drinks and snacks for sale. On the Hoppa bus and H2C shuttle bus route for a fee.. Pub, chip shop and a few other restaurants within a mile walk.

Helpful staff. Really useful location with the hotel hoops bus stopping right outside. The breakfast was lovely. My only niggles were the pillows being uncomfortable and the room being very hot, even when using the cooling system.

Ideal for a night before a flight from Heathrow. Comfortable room, clean and the staff were great and helpful. Stayed here twice now, nine years apart, and it’s been great both times.

Great hotel. Was quiet and got a great night sleep. Fairly clean. Very close to the bus stop which we took, didn’t bother with the hotel shuttle bus as that was more expensive, instead we walked about 6 mins to the nearest bus stop and paid less than 2 quid.

The room was a bit tired looking but spotlessly clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a perfect spot for airport access and an easy, but long transport into London Centre.
