We loved this property, it had a funky theatre vibe with clean, modern room. Ours had a ‘Wicked’ musical theme. Breakfast was great with an extensive selection on offer. From the moment we arrived every staff member we met was helpful and very cheerful. In particular the breakfast room staff worked extremely hard to keep everything replenished m.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! My friend and I weren't familiar with this chain of hotels before this trip, but after staying here we agreed that we'd definitely be looking for ibis hotels on future trips! We were able to check in super early which was very much appreciated as we had just landed from our 9 hour flight and were desperate to settle in and clean up. The room was so fun--we didn't realize this location had a theatre theme before arriving so this was such a fun surprise--and comfortable, and the main floor had so many sitting areas to relax if we wanted a change of scenery. Oh, and the breakfast! Oh my gosh, the breakfast was so good. The spread they had was amazing and so yummy and was constantly being replenished and tidied by the staff. The dining room was also huge, so it was easy to find a spot to sit and enjoy our meal each morning. Overall, an amazing stay with a super friendly staff! We'll definitely be looking out for ibis hotels in the future!

Staff was helpful, the location and reception area vibe was fun! Although, no structure to breakfast seating, i wasn't aware that no water would be provided in room: either the guest should be informed pre check-in or provide a jug to refill as i had to purchse a bottle to be able to refill form reception and carry to my room. So, one str less for this.

Great location, near plenty of tube stations. The reception area was fabulous, free water, easy check in. Our room was even ready early so we could check in and drop our bags earlier. The continental breakfast had an amazing selection. Loved the movie theme we were on the Wizard of Oz floor, such a good idea

Very convenient location. Room was a bit tight. Arrived at 1345 from a long haul overseas flight and was exhausted, but there was a hard line on 1500 check in time - she would not even see if a room was ready and no effort to message me if a room was ready before 1500. Found that a bit disappointing, especially when I was checking out at 0530 and giving them plenty of time on departure.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, super comfy bed. Delicious breakfast!

Great hotel near Globe theatre .Continental breakfast was amazing. Only problem we arrived during heatwave and the aircon was on winter mode so couldnt be turned on ,even though temperature was iin high 20s. .Given a fan after first very uncomfortable night. Would definately go back though.

Nice hotel and rooms and great location

Overall it was a very good stay. The positives was the free breakfast. Gluten free options too! More than enough to eat and lattes and other coffees. This is such a time saver and one less thing you have to buy in an expensive city. Our room was quiet too. Beds are ok. You're close to the Borough Market and a somewhat close walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Also somewhat close to Millenium Bridge and Shakespeares Globe. The negatives was that you can't really adjust the temperature of the rooms down, they have these all in one sheet/comforter but this must be a UK thing as we stayed at 2 other hotels like this but if you're hot and just want a sheet that's an issue :) and you're far away from other attractions but you can't have it all.
