Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great and a lot of choice. Rooms were clean, comfy bed, very friendly staff. Just disappointed after paying £420 for 1 night I then had to pay £50 to park.

In itself this is a nice hotel and really convenient for the O2; however, the check in was an altogether different experience. Check in was at 1530, but the receptionist was rude, brusque and unwelcoming. Not what I expect at any hotel, especially one that cost £270/night!

The hotel and room itself was lovely, very comfortable and clean. The menu for the room service wasnt working on the tv. Also would be great to have more teabags and sugar in the room and alternative milk. Overall it was lovley and cant wait to book again for the next concert.

Our stay was ok. The closeness to the o2 is great. The hotel is a bit old. The carpets must be cleaned.... It makes it feel dirty. The mini bar was not cold. There was dust everywhere. The staff at reception was very nice. We had to ask a few times for shaving kit and toothbrush and then only got 1... If i come to a show I'll choose this hotel but it's not value for money.

At check in was told that the twin I had booked was not available and the only option was a folding bed. As I was under time pressure to get to a meeting I did not have time to fight for what I was paying for and booked. So had to just go with it will not stay here again as can not trust what I booked and payed for is what you get

Great location for event at the O2. Was disappointed with the state of the room. The walls were very badly stained, could do with a deep clean and lick of paint. Not what I expected at all. Breakfast was lovely, some staff very friendly.

It was purchased as part of a gift for my adult sons to attend a concert at the O2. I wanted accommodation close by as they would be leaving the venue late at night, so by booking early (as soon as concert tickets were purchased) I got a great deal. They were very impressed and would definitely return.

Very obliging would have been nice to been able to use facilities ie swimming pool while waiting fo our room to become available before 3 oclock. Would have helped pass the time awawy.
