Nothing To Say or Comment..! This hotel owner wasnt understanding why couldnt stay had to cancel for personal reasons cannot get a refund wasted £540 Pounds for nothing its shocking. Mr Neil Hemingway

Please dont stat here, worst place i jave ever stayed. It was so noisy, people shouting, runing up and down the stairs, slamming doors.

Read the reviews carefully. Owner was polite and helpful but many tenants noisy and one shouting and talking a full volume most of the night. No refund given for second night and went home rather than stay another night

When I stayed at the Kensington, I was grateful to have a bed for few nights. The people I came into contact throughout the duration of the stay, were polite, and I did not have a bad stay. I stayed in two different rooms. The second room was more suited to my needs. The first room at the top of the property seems to have a window that I would say could easily become quite dangerous. If unchained and opened. There were various people knocking on the door at what seemed like every few hours interval. But I found myself in a situation where I needed emergency accommodation, and luckily the Kensington, provided that. I went for a walk and found quite a nice walking/fishing park nearby. The staff member I spoke with was helpful, and appeared to be washing bedding. Thanks.

Very terrible the worst place of my life,never worth the amount of money taken from guests very poor and bad.

The bathroom was leaky

Clean sheets & comfy bed. Reasonable price but a bit far out from the city centre, however regular buses only cost £2.00.

I have said this once! It’s a place you don’t want to stay! Smells and is not clean!

Free parking is a plus, someone was constantly slamming doors through the night which affected my sleep, otherwise cheep and cheerful, would be great to have a room closer to the bathroom, otherwise great value for money

Sharing toilet and never clean the toilet I never experienced such of sharing toilet and bathroom before I left without bath second day

Didn’t like staying here at all left at 12 o’clock midnight the place was damp and not clean at all

Die Sauberkeit ist leider wirklich absolute Katastrophe gewesen, das Bett sehr ungemütlich und jede Tür knarschte und war sehr laut so das man in der Nacht immer wach wurde wenn jemand ins Hotel kam oder aus seinem Zimmer
