Room very tired in need of modernizing, very shabby, stains on the paint work, bedside lamp not working. Just a depressing room

Hotel is really nice, some staff are miserable but nainly ok. Down side was breakfast. I was told that you are limited to items at the breakfast buffet. One sausage per person but you can go back as many times as you like???

Had a twin single bed room was big enough unfortunately there is no fridge and and no microwave and apparently they also don’t have microwave in their kitchen So can’t warm up food Stayed for 3 nights ran out of tissue and they were willing to give more tissues and clean towels

Decent room but some rooms were close to the laundry which is noisy. Food was mediocre at best and expensive for what you get, but the breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking

We had an excellent stay at Kents Hill Park Hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food and everything fresh and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. Relaxing and enjoyed my stay

The room was decent, but the bathroom was a bit dirty, the staff was amazing everyone was so lovely. The breakfast was a bit bland.

Really like the outdoors area to sit and relax

First time coming here, and I was worried whether we were going to get a parking space or not, but it was fine. At night time when we came back from a wedding dinner on the Friday and the wedding on the Saturday night it was abit limit, but there are different parking areas for the hotel so that was helpful. Check-in was easy, and you can wait at in the restaurant and get a drink from there or back at reception. The receptionist was very helpful and happy 😊. The room was perfect for what we needed which was just somewhere we need to sleep, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could have done with more tea/coffee/sugar/milks, but when we went downstairs and asked at reception they said to help ourselves from the restaurant which was great to hear that we could just help ourselves. There is a housekeeping service daily which we didn't need but good to have. The breakfast was amazing, 8 item breakfast available, with continental as well which included an alternative milk and yoghurt which is great to have. Plus the staff in there especially the gentleman serving the cooked breakfast was very kind and clearly loved his job. Very happy with our stay and should we have to visit Milton Keynes again this hotel will be on a list to come back too.

Everything else is okay Cleanness is a major problem. Carpet dirty like 10 dollar road side motel. Saw two food wrappers from previous stay in two corners. Won't stay here next time

Wish the windows opened bit wider in hot weather

Our room was not suitable for two adults. Only one bedside table and only one seat. The placement of the plugs in the room was ludicrous, on the headboard of the bed! Window handles were too high so could not open or lock the windows! Room was very outdated and had very thin walls! Dinner was very disappointing, i was really looking forward to it but you had one choice for a starter, 3 choices for a main and a few choices for dessert, without any accompaniments like cream or ice cream. You could not serve yourself and the quality was definitely lacking. There is not a bar with the restaurant so if you want a coke or anything you have to go upstairs order your drinks and then carry them downstairs to dinner! I was so disappointed i checked out early and did not bother with breakfast.

Very basic lodging. Much cheaper than town center hotels during Silverstone weekend. Good breakfast. Dinner buffet limited selection but good.

Can not fault this hotel. We stayed here whilst going to the F1. So close to all places we needed to be. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful and polite. Couldn't do more if they tried. I needed a fridge in the room for medical reasons and they sorted that for me. Fan in the room was a nice touch too as its was a hot weekend. Comfy bed, I could have slept in for sure if we werent up and out early. Best, most varied, breakfast ive had in a holtel for a long time. We will be back to stay again and I will recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Kents Hill for having us.

You could do with some signs showing where rooms are. It's a big square of rooms and no clue as to where 1.. 30 are for example. Breakfast was good.

It not clear where reception is and where to park. Also no sound proofing around room doors, so every step and conversation heard. Not that there was much, but if it was busy with late night people walking past it could be. That said we did like the hotel, and would book again if in the area. Food was good, restaurant seating could do with some smaller tables for couples

Good breakfast, nice staff & a clean room always a nice stay.
