Great location for ease of access to attending a festival. Malik at the Market Kitchen made the morning for breakfast very enjoyable. He was very friendly and guided my son through the use of the pancake machine whilst I picked my breakfast items.

Excellent hotel with excellent , very helpful staff . Really enjoyed our stay Only addition I would suggest is amenities in room with stocked up bar , complimentary water and dental kits

Absolutely appalling yet again, just checking in late took 30 minutes, some useless bloke in a Hi Viz jacket, couldn't even find my booking

Overall OK but felt a bit unwelcome. The lobby was absolutely trashed at 1030pm with dirty dishes and glasses everywhere, they shut the bar, and although it looked like they were serving drinks, the look the bar tender gave us was enough for us not to ask. Shame as it was a long bank holiday weekend, and it would’ve been nice to relax. Room great, v clean and comfy. Thought the £4 parking charge was a cheek considering the location is out on a business park by the M1 - where else would we park ?!

Nice modern clean property. Let down by slow room service and the food was cold on arrival. I don’t understand why there is a £7 charge for 12 hours parking for guests. Profiteering from car parking is unfair on guests who have paid for a room.
