Because the rooms have no windows that open, no fans and no AC, I think through summer they would benefit from changing the duvets from super thick heavy ones to lighter ones. We couldn't sleep as we were just so hot.

No air conditioning in rooms. Big problem made worse as windows restricted. 3 terrible nights in sweltering heat. (Ironically the lobby is cold). No cold temp water pressure at sink nor in shower. Barely a trickle.

Hotel reception was nice but rooms and staff was a joke gave my luggage to someone else had to run to train station to get the people with luggage i just made my train home would say 2 star Hotel
