Rooms were very small even by Central London standards

Everyone was very nice and our room was clean and cozy. It was exactly what we needed and in a GREAT location!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, with St Pauls on the doorstep! Convenient for tube. Easy walking distance to Millenium bridge. Great place to stay!

Basically across the street from St. Paul Cathedral

Stay was great and aesthetically pleasing however the only negative I found was not natural light coming into room directly and only through frosted glass. Also not being able to open any windows for fresh air. This would've been a bigger issue should the temperature have been higher. Overall good stay though.

No breakfast in bed, curt staff, bar closed long before advertised hours, nowhere to hang bath towels, small room for the price even in this area. And unsecured WiFi. We were told a couple of times these were teething problems as the place is new but in that case a new hotel discount should be applied and the limitations explained to customers in advance

Gorgeous hotel with lovely rooms. Really comfortable

Wonderful stay, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are equally well put together. We had a room that overlooked St. Paul's cathedral which was beautiful to see and we didnt hear chimes early in the morning or late at night which was a welcome relief. The hotel is ideally situated from most of Londons attractions. We found going to London Blackfriars station was most convenient as it is both a train station and a tube on the central/district line and gets you to most of the places you want. Would stay again!

Wat better rooms than the usual London standards

Very short overnight stay. Chosen due to location and Hilton brand.

Room was clean but quite small. Slight issue with TV that we were told would be sorted but wasn’t. Hotel very clean, stylish and in a good location. Breakfast was good. Nice range of items to help yourself to

Lovely area and nice breakfast. Room was a strange shape making it difficult with 2 suitcases.

Highly recommend…would love to stay again

Was really looking forward to this stay, however it wasn't all as it seemed. The service was initially great when we checked in, however due to our plans, we had to check in, drop our stuff off and head out for the evening. When we arrived back to the room, we started to notice some elements of the room weren't 100% clean, such as the sink, shower head, parts of the carpet were dirty and certain things needed fixing. After a busy day, I went to go grab a shower. It was at this point I had noticed the shower head was full of limescale which resulted in it spraying in all different directions apart from down onto me. It was even spraying out, which start to completely drench the bathroom. After 2 mins I gave up, dried off and my partner went down to reception to explain. There was minimal apology and said he would look to move us to another room, but had to check what was still available. Out came a wad of sticky notes which had numerous room numbers on with issues that needed resolving. He said to go back up stairs and he would visit us to see what he could do. After about 15-20 mins as it neared midnight. We packed all our things up and moved to another room. This seemed better but still not the greatest as it obviously hadn't been prepared for guests, no coffee pods or tea bags, only one set of towels and even things like the hanging peg on the wall to hang coats on was angled and about to fall off. I wouldn't unfortunately go back after all of this.
