Lucarelli Inn

The room was very clean and spacious. Very good on budget stay.

The shower was not working correctly. It would go cold all of a sudden.

It was lovely the staff are so friendly

Room was ok, but nothing special.

A lot of cars had parked over 2 bays because the bays are so small. It was awkward to get into the hotel through the back of restaurant, right where the food comes out.

While visiting family i stayed at a very quiet hotel Lucarelli The staff there was very welcoming and helpful i had A very relaxing time. I would like to thank all the staff for there hospitality And making me feel so welcome

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming. Especially Francessca the manager. Beautiful meal in the restaurant highly recommend Close to shops and amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Ideally situated 15 minutes walk to town centre and has an Italian restaurant downstairs

The room was clean but very basic and the bed was uncomfortable. Location was perfect for my trip

Great little hotel. Room was comfortable and a nice size . We had a twin room so plenty of room for two. We worked nights and they managed to keep it quite for our late wake up. There is a restaurant if required. Also wirhin 10 mins there is a shopping centre with plenty of eating places . There is a large car park with plenty of parking . The only issue is the car park is very dark at night could do with security lighting

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly.

Great vibe was very easy to access when we came in late and we was not bothered all through our stay. Bar has a range of nice drinks and not too expensive

A homely type facility For the price l can't complain. Friendly staff. Nice size bed but tye matrass was alittle soft

The restaurant was exceptional - would love them to provide breakfast. Staff were very polite and well informed. Location was perfect to the venue that I was visiting and good shopping facilities close by. Would definitely recommend to others and would visit again!!!

Basic rooms and above the restaurant which was busy due to being a Saturday so there was a bit of noise but not disruptive. The room was comfortable enough and had a full range of tea/coffee. Where the rooms are simple, the staff however could not be faulted. Helpful from the start, sorted us a table in the restaurant for a meal when we arrived despite being busy and us not having booked and the food was gorgeous. Left something in the bathroom and they were quick to respond and keep the item safe until we could return to collect later in the day.

It was standard and fine for a one night stay. The real struggle we found was that we couldn’t turn the heating off and it was red hot all night no matter how much we tried to manually turn the radiator off but for the price it was more than suitable for what we needed. Staff were friendly.

Good place for a business stopover rooms clean, some bigger than others

Super friendly people. Clean and warm room. Close by shops and easy public transport. It was for us the perfect place to come back to after discovering Dudley and Birmingham. We tried the restaurant the last evening and it was absolutely wondeful.

Highly recommended. Excellent service.
