I really enjoyed staying in this peaceful cottage, this is the second time I have stayed here. I slept very well in the comfy four poster bed and it's lovely not being troubled by light pollution. The coastal path is very close, and also a beautiful walk through the wooded valley to the waterfall. I had the option of using the log burner but found the cottage was cosy enough. There is lots to see and do in the area, but I chose to walk from the cottage every day, sketchbook in hand. I hope to return.

We loved the property and our stay at Mill Cottage. It was quiet and in an outstandingly beautiful wooded valley, just a short walk from the St Nectans waterfall. We had everything we needed in the cottage. It was very cosy and comfortable. We very much want to visit again.

The views from the cottage windows were lovely. It had a great 'olde worlde' feel about the cottage with old double front doors and exposed beams. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a separate laundry room. The private walk up the valley and towards St Nectan's waterfall was amazing. We would have preferred not to have had to bring our own towels. We really appreciated having the smart TV.
