Nice place. Easy to walk to public transport. Staff friendly and helpful

We always choose this hotel for its location, suitability and great customer service.

The checkin process was very slow and difficult, even though I already did the pre checkin before my arrival. The room I booked was not set up correctly.

Close to the tube stations

Well all good until I found out they did not change the sheets every day.

This hotel is within 2 blocks from the underground. The hotel also was modern and fancy. The hotel bar and restaurant was great

Good location for traveling into the city. Rooms are comfortable enough although pillows were odd shaped and not very comfortable. Good value for the price.

The Reception staff was excellent The Recepionist Yosra was very helpful to get us earlier access to our room That was greatly appreciated by us after a 24 hour flight with early arrival in London Thanks for the great Service Yosra

Property was fine, nothing to write home about but clean and tidy and met our needs.

Unlike the reception area and other public spaces the room was very dated and in need of renovation/refurbishment. The light fittings in the bathroom were broken; the sink did not match the bath; the toilet in particular was very dated. Carpet was grubby and skirting boards had masking tape on them to unsuccessfully disguise the fact they were damaged. Woodchip paper on the walls . The curtains were okay though. Some in room extras like robes, slippers, vanity set, etc. would have been appreciated. Breakfast was pretty good but at £18 it needed to be. The location was good for our needs - Barbican Theatre and Wimbledon. It wasn’t a bad experience but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

My stay here was amazing. The accommodation and staff's attention to details and meeting every need or concern was commendable.

The worst room I’ve ever stayed in. There is a lot I could write about (one working elevator for hundreds of rooms, paperbut the only one that matters is selling a room to a customer that stinks of pet urine, with the visible stains on the sofa, and thinking this is ok.it was a two bedroom apartment and very unfortunate for my children. Do not recommend.

The hotel is well located, and has a good service, food pillows and option in the ground floor for food and drinks. The gym it is good enough for couple of days.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and nice bar area. Rooms are a good size and bed is comfy. Perfect for a quick stop or a couple of days break

Modern, clean spacious room. Friendly, knowledgeable , efficient front desk. Restaurant had great food but poor service. Room had condensation dripping from air conditioner vent which was repaired but reappeared.

Stayed here for one night, while my son was admitted to hospital for an emergency procedure. The staff was friendly and stored my luggage before I was able to check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I had one suggestion, it would be an outlet by the bed. Perhaps because I was in a handicap accessible room that may have been the reason. It was just mildly inconvenient for me. Overall would definitely stay again.
