The staff were very helpful and the apartment was in a great location. The apartment was very clean but worn in areas. The showers ae quite powerful and spray too far at an angle across the bath that means you have to stand quite far back which left the floor soaking wet. In the main shower the shower is also set too high so you cant get washed properly as the water hits the door rather than you. There

The apartment was great. Really spacious and the beds were super comfy! Unfortunately when we arrived there were protesters outside which didn’t make for a pleasant arrival. It didn’t disrupt our stay however.

Very nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Liverpool One. Had underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a large car but very handy. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Laura at the desk was so friendly and helpful, she provided all relevant information and made us feel really welcome, our apartment was spacious and very clean, and suited our needs well.
Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great.

Location is very central, 5-10 minutes walk from The Cavern Club and The Beatles Museums. There are good views from the top floors. The apartment was clean and tidy with a fully functioning kitchen. The use of the underground car park is recommended, its a litle tricky to find and navigate round but wirth the extra money.

Would like to say thank you to Kelly, even though she was the only staff available considering the busy weekend with the parade, Kelly offered us a larger apartment for the 3 of us to stay in, she was welcoming when we arrived late afternoon, even though the room wasn't available she allowed us to leave our luggage and come back to check in. Thank you Kelly for being so nice. Would definitely come back.

The space was ample, however the sofa was very uncomfortable and there was a small table, but no chairs.
I didn't realize that the bed would be a double and not a queen. It was too small for two to sleep comfortably.
The staff was pleasant. The parking is underground and around the corner.
